Tripadvisor’s approach to reviews
Before posting, each Tripadvisor review goes through an automated tracking system, which collects information, answering the following questions: how, what, where and when. If the system detects something that potentially contradicts our community guidelines, the review is not published.
When the system detects a problem, a review may be automatically rejected, sent to the reviewer for validation, or manually reviewed by our team of content specialists, who work 24/7 to maintain the quality of the reviews on our site.
Our team checks each review posted on the site disputed by our community as not meeting our community guidelines.

Stopped here for dinner when passing through Grand Junction. Turned up when the Market was in full swing in the main street and the whole area was bedlam! Folks were coming out of Pablo's with pizza boxes stacked 6 and 8 high, and of course...it was busy with other eating in. Despite that we went in, and after selecting from the extensive menu we placed our order. What impressed me was that despite being run off their feet there was an electronic message visible highlighting that orders would take 40 minutes due to the current demand. In the end it was 35. The pizza was superb, the beer was good, the value was first class but what I really liked was a restaurant who manage their guests expectations in this way. Far too many in my experience say nothing, make you wait and expect you to but more drinks. Full marks Pablo's for honest good value and quality pizza but more so, your client centric thinking!More

Stopped in for lunch with a business partner. Split two small pies Popeye and Italian stallion. I loved the, equally. Perfect crust, great red sauce, loved the feta and spinach combo. Saw beer list too late to order one, but when I return to grand...junction, Pablo’s will be one of the first stops!More

My husband and I joined some friends in downtown Grand Junction for the evening and decided to meet up at Pablo’s Pizza for dinner. We had a DELICIOUS meal! Three of us ordered Panthers at the Circus, which had an amazing combination of flavors: roasted...garlic, walnut and goat cheese pesto, mozzarella, marinated chicken, tender artichokes, red onions, fresh red peppers and parmesan cheese. My husband ordered the Italian Stallion pizza (mozzarella, pepperoni, Canadian bacon, Italian sausage, Italian seasoning, parmesan, and our seasoned ricotta), and we each had a side salad with our pies. Everything was absolutely YUMMY! I also had a “Dirty Hippy” dark wheat beer by Palisade Brewing Company, which was quite tasty and paired well with my meal. Pablo’s is warm and inviting, with long wooden tables and local art on the walls. The order counter is waist-high and gives way directly to the pizza kitchen, so you can watch them throwing the dough as your pies are being made. The staff is friendly and helpful and can answer any question you have about the menu. We definitely enjoyed our time at Pablo’s and will be back!More

Pablo's Pizza has always been a place where I have been able to come an enjoy good company and good pizza. I love the variety of toppings, beer, the atmosphere, the plants by the windows, etc. It is also so rare to find a restaurant...on the western slope that offers so many great vegan and vegetarian options. This restaurant is one of the best, if not THE best, in Grand Junction. I would recommend it to anyone and everyone.More

He wanted pizza but not chain pizza. So we picked this restaurant as it had beer. Found parking a few streets over as the spaces close by were for hotel guests after 4pm. Took a menu and while he had a Basecamp The Leftovers IPA,...I checked out the different pizzas. There is a huge selection and they also make gluten free crusts, cauliflower and vegan options. You can watch them make your pizza which I thoroughly enjoyed. Marshall was kind enough to let me film him making the dough. His toss was a little off but he made others after the one I filmed wonderfully. They were short staffed but they were friendly and polite. I chose the 18’ The Santa Fe Way pizza which is mozzarella, red bell peppers, crushed red peppers, red sauce, spinach and mushrooms. To that I added pepperoni and Canadian bacon. I also ordered the cheesy pizza sticks. Those were not our fav. The pizza sticks didn’t have any flavor at all and tasted like pizza dough dipped in red sauce. You can get ranch dressing as well. But they were meh. The pizza we ordered was delicious. Thin crust with a slight char at the edges. He didn’t like all the veggies but I thought it was good. And they made it like how we wanted with the correct proteins. We bussed our own table as requested by signage. Got a box and packed our pizza leftovers. Lots of people ordered to go. Seemed like a local fav.More

We enjoyed a wonderful dinner here. The wait wasn’t too long, and there was a steady stream of people calling in orders and coming into the restaurant. Dough is rolled out while you watch; ingredients were fresh and the portion was perfect size. We found...parking to be a bit tricky, though.More

Friendly service and many different toppings from pepperoni to peaches. Had the special with fresh fresno peppers, palisade peaches, brie, spinach, walnuts, and salami. Reasonable prices and good beer selection.

Great pizza awesome quality ingredients. Lots of unique choices. Friendly staff. We were driving thru I70. It did add 15 minutes to the trip but worth it. We called in the pizza so it was ready when we got there. Had to park behind it....Had to put .25 cents in the meter for 2.5 hours. A dime would of worked but we didn't have a dime.More

We really liked the pizza and atmosphere. There was a great variety of pizzas and local beers, wines, and cider. I really enjoyed the Greek salad. The only downside was the wait, it was an hour. It is in the super cool downtown area. So...if you are in Grand Junction I suggest you check it out; just plan to wait.More

This place is surprisingly busy and rightfully so! I’ve tried their pizzas a few times now, and I haven’t been let down one time. They have such a wide range of interesting pizzas on their menu as well as classic ones that are baked right...in front of your eyes in their open kitchen. Love the vibe, service, and taste! Will continue coming back here.More
