We don't get to Grand Junction that often, but we found ourselves there to get our car repaired. We had a day to kill and we decided to go to Olive Garden. We have been to Olive Garden in several different cities and at each one, there has been some kind of hang up. We weren't sure what to expect, but we thought a lunch special sounded great. The parking lot was busy--we got right in. Our drink orders were taken right away and they never got under half capacity. Constant care and refills. Food was quick and it was delicious. My husband got the soup, salad, and breadstick special and I ordered a lunch portion of egg plant parmesan. The food was great and the service was impeccable. I was surprised because of all of the negative reviews that I have read about service. We rarely order dessert anywhere, but we splurged here. We got small cheesecake cups and split them. Great food, great service and it was clean. Bussers were immediately cleaning and scrubbing tables after people left. One of my pet peeves in a restaurant is dirty tables left dirty for a long time. To top it off, they were playing a mixture of rat pack and traditional Italian music. Loved it. Great touch. I have been in Olive Gardens that play rap and it takes away from the dining experience. If I ever need my car repaired again in Grand Junction, I will be back.

Best Olive Garden I have ever eaten at. We were seated right away. Katie, our server, was very friendly and personable. She went the extra mile to make my wife feel special on her birthday. The staff actually served us, like a sit down restaurant used to - not like we were at a fast food joint. Very pleasant experience. Even the food tastes better at this location.

We stopped here on our way back to Denver and was pleasantly surprised at how much Olive Garden has changed. We were greeted and seated promptly. Our server arrived soon to take our drink order and to make suggestions on newer items. I ordered the Chicken Parmesan from the lunch menu and it was delicious and more food than I expected. My husband ordered Eggplant Parmesan and said it was very good. Of course we started with the salad and as always, it was fresh and delicious. We also had the best waiter who kept checking on us to see if we needed anything. We were surprised to have a manager stop by to inquire how our meal was and if we needed anything. If we lived in the area we would be back often.

Let me start by saying I am very sad to have to leave a 1 star review, I've been coming here all the time ever since I was a little kid, but my service today was so bad that I now hate this place. We ordered our "pick up" at 5:58 they said it would be ready by 623, we show up at about 615 to a drive thru. No to go option just a long chaotic, mismanaged drive thru. We are there for about an hour, finally got our food at 7:21 after watching countless other cars drive away. No our order was not complicated. It was 2 pastas, breadsticks, a salad, and some mac and cheese for my daughter. What we get is a bunch of rock hard breadsticks, barely warm food, and nothing for my daughter. There is no excuse for this, dont advertise as a to go if you are doing a drive thru, I already have a lawyer and I'm going to talk with her about taking legal action for false advertising. Yes, I understand covid-19 is making dine in places like this difficult, but they have a massive parking lot, they could have handled this so many different ways but they chose the worst way. Their security is hilariously terrible, they walk up to your car and ask "are you Jan doe" and if you say you are jan doe you can just walk away with that person's food. We found hair in our food so it's clear nobody inside is taking safety precautions, nobody was wearing gloves or any sort of ppe, the guy who finally gave us our food didnt even apologize for our wait or anything just threw our food at us. We tried to call while waiting to see if maybe our order was forgotten but they disconnected their local phone line. To top it all off, a gentleman that was leaving for the day (I attatched his picture to this review) he just threw a bunch of trash on the ground right in front of my car. Like I said it pains me to leave such a bad review but theres only so much bad service I can take. Do not go here.

I am not a fan of big chain restaurants but my wife likes the Olive Garden so we gave this one a try. BIG MISTAKE. We arrived around 5 pm and were seated immediately. The waitress took our order and then entered it into a kiosk machine at the table, then left. A short while later someone from the staff brought our appetizer and soup. Soup was OK, stuffed ziti not so good. Then later the main course showed up. Our $6 side of Alfredo sauce showed up yellow as did the wife's chicken Alfredo. Alfredo sauce everywhere is white, (right). My tour of Italy showed up with yellow Alfredo also. Must have been a bad barrel from where ever it comes from. The wife said hers was OK, mine not so much. Chicken parm was burnt (how do you burn something in the microwave), and the lasagna made me wish I had went to the grocery store and got the frozen family size from the freezer. In fact, maybe Olive Garden should do that next time. We got one serving of bread, and I stared at my empty water glass most of my meal. Our server finally asked me if i would like a water refill. Really! The bill was presented and I placed my card in the envelope. She took the card and ran it through the "all-knowing" table kiosk. I was presented the kiosk where a preset 25% tip was highlighted. No way am I tipping a kiosk 25% . I could have done it all my self and the server could have taken the night off. Very disappointed, but the wife finally seen the light and I don't think we will be back to any of these joints.

I enjoy Olive Garden just as much as the next. The food is delicious and consistent. A great meal for when I am looking for a good bowl of soup or some pasta. However, I prefer them for their breadsticks. Our server, Emma was great she kept our drinks full and always checked on us. She was super personable and fun to chat with.

Today I was at Olive Garden with my family, my emotional support dog after he was already at the table in a rude way. The manager ordered us to leave without much explanation.

We were from out of town and stopped here because we were nearby. Food not good here same as where we live in Texas. Only good point was our waitress Karen who was personable and attentive. The "spicy" marinara is not spicy at all. Only good food was the bread sticks. The food is definitely not worth the price paid.

Portions are getting smaller and quality less while prices have been increasing. The all-you-can-eat salad and soup are good but the prices have gotten out of reason for what you get. Used to eat here a lot but no more.

All menu item prices have been increased astronomically over the last year. Not worth it anymore for pre-prepared Sysco truck food. I’ll never be coming back.

We have been to Olive Garden before. This time we got a brand new waitress. She was polite, but slow and disorganized. She didn't know where things were kept, had to return to the manager several times with questions and didn't understand how to wait on people. We waited a long time for everything, to get soda, to get breadsticks, to order. The breadsticks were served super hot. They were to hot to hold, so I asked for small plates. The waitress informed us they only bring plates if the customer requests them. Do they expect us to put the super hot breadstick on the bare table as we wait for plates? I don't blame the waitress, I blame management for not training her. Overall, the food was good. My husband had the Chesse Ravioli, I had the Spaghetti. Some of the potatoes in my soup looked rotted. The atmosphere was ok, but the seating is starting to show wear from age and constant use.
