Tripadvisor’s approach to reviews
Before posting, each Tripadvisor review goes through an automated tracking system, which collects information, answering the following questions: how, what, where and when. If the system detects something that potentially contradicts our community guidelines, the review is not published.
When the system detects a problem, a review may be automatically rejected, sent to the reviewer for validation, or manually reviewed by our team of content specialists, who work 24/7 to maintain the quality of the reviews on our site.
Our team checks each review posted on the site disputed by our community as not meeting our community guidelines.

A friend and I went for lunch recently and the restaurant charged a 20% "service charge" on top of our bill, as it states they will on the menu. They state that, "We collect a 20% Service Charge rather than gratuity in addition to all...guest checks. We believe all Bin 707 Foodbar employees contribute to every guest's experience. Unlike Gratuity, all service can be and are distributed throughout our entire staff." The food was good, but I will probably never return to this restaurant or any of their sister locations because of this business practice. IMO, it is poor business to add a 20% fee on top of the fee that you are already charging for the service you are providing (food). Your wait staff will earn a good tip because they are good at what they do. If the rest of your staff wants to earn a tip, they should've been a waiter/waitress. As a business if you feel like your chef, and other staff members deserve more money, then pay them more and stop taking the tip from the wait staff.More

Went here with a girlfriend for lunch. This place has really changed over the years for the worse. We both ordered the Bin burger with fries. My burger was suppose to be well done, it was rare. The fries were soggy, the service was slow....The waiter was nice and kept our water filled, we had no drinks. Just a burger, fries and water. The bill was 49.00 and some change. We were charged 3.00 each for a dollop of mayonnaise and an automatic 20% added to the bill. The burger was nothing like it use to be. It was not hot. I can’t recommend this place, but who knows? It may be better for dinner. Could depend on the cook at the time. My friend did ask for him to take the mayonnaise off of our ticket, he said the manager wouldn’t let him because they make their mayonnaise.😳We weren’t charged for the ketchup and mustard.More

Had the Porchetta and a few nice adult beverages. Great menu, appropriate portions and good service. Jeremy behind the bar recommend the entree, dessert, cocktail and wine and they were all great choices.

My wife and I really enjoyed our dinner here. The service was first class and the food was well prepared and presented. I had the lamb tenderloin and my wife had the porchetta. We started with the mayocoba bean hummus with fried cauliflower - -...very unique and very tasty !! My lamb was done to a perfect medium rare and my wife's porchetta was very flavorful. The portions are adequate but certainly on the small side so if you are starving, you may want to order more or visit on another day. The restaurant has some unique offerings such as a Colorado bourbon flight and we enjoyed the nice change of pace. The meal was not inexpensive but if you enjoy excellent and somewhat unique food with first class service, this spot is well worth it.More

Great experience: really excellent and sophisticated plates, from appetizers to dessert. Perhaps a little expensive for the slightly minimalist atmosphere. Also, 20% tip automatically charged (no mention of it on the menu).

The food is distinctively creative and delicious. We had the hummus and elk tartar for starters. Both were good. Then for the main course we had the porchetta which was very good. Service was excellent

I was seated promptly and people were in a great mood. Nate was the server and provided excellent customer service. I had the blue corn hushpuppies with some beer. All in all it was a great experience and if I am in the Grand JCT...area, I will be sure to come back here for dinner. Was able to find parking but there is plenty of parking in the back after 4 pm.More

My wife and I went to the Bin 707 on a Sunday evening and had a great waitress named Nikki G. Earlier in our stay at the DoubleTree, we had a bad experience with one of the front desk employees and mentioned it to Nikki....She heard our story and was very sympathetic and before we left the bar, she offered us 2 breakfast vouchers which really changed our attitude towards the DoubleTree Hotel. Thanks Nikki for the great service!More

A casual dinner. Wasn't expecting something this good. Start off with the rye whiskey tasting - nice sampling of CO ryes. Then the elk tartare -- marvelous. As was the yellow banana potato bisque with 'NDuja. Lamb tenderloin main course was excellent. Both the key...lime pie and the chocolate marshmallow pie are to die for. Service was excellent and friendly. And the wine list was excellent and fairly priced. I'd go back in a heartbeat.More

Just a lovely place with an interesting menu. We watched food coming out of the kitchen (oh! My! That’s a big bowl of ramen!) Had the fried artichoke hearts as an appetizer! Lunch was fresh, locally sourced foods. The wait staff seemed so kind and...very helpful. Such a pleasant surprise and will be back!More

The food and the staff were phenomenal! I got the hamburger… One of the best I’ve ever had. I do wish it had come with a salad or vegetable. My husband got the chicken roulade. He said it was excellent. It was not a large...serving so be aware. We also ordered the Colorado bourbon flight. Very good. I had to give this restaurant a four out of five rating because of the bathroom….it was disgusting!!! Very very very dirty.More
