My wife and I went here for dinner after an all day drive. The food was good, reasonably priced for what we received, the service was good and the background Italian music was loud enough to hear, yet soft enough to not hinder conversation. They had a good selection of beers, we didn't look at the wine list, but I suspect it was good also.

Excellent and authentic Italian recipes from the homeland. The Veal lemon piccata was so tender and came with a delightful lemon cream sauce over fettuccine! Definitely worth reordering the next time we dine at this restaurant (like tomorrow)! I have traveled much of the world and have never had a more delicious seafood cioppino. The succulent and rich broth was chock full of large New Zealand mussels cooked to tender perfection, as well as tasty fresh clams in their shell and plentiful large shrimp cooked to tenderness in a rich wine & lobsterstock based stew. Absolutely delicious!!!!! Then try the home made tiramisu which was a perfect light ending to our full meal. Delicious! Best of all was Krista, owner and fill in host, bartender and server as needed. So much responsibility and she juggles it effortlessly. Krista is the face, and a large part of the success of this restaurant. If I had a business, I would be doing my best to hire her. She is attentive, intelligent, personable, charming, full of energy and incredibly efficient, as well as young and pretty. As much as the food was top notch in ingredients and taste, the greatest delight of our experience was Krista. She is just plain FUN!!!! We highly recommend this authentic Italian restaurant!!

We had an excellent meal at our last visit. The waitress recommended the sweet potato gnocchi and it was outstanding! It was one of the best Italian dishes I have ever had. Delicious and fantastic flavors. They serve 18 year old balsamic vinegar with olive oil for your fresh bread which was delicious!

Very expensive for food that wasn't good - with service that was equally lackluster. Minestrone soup was served barely luke warm. Inedible. I ordered an appetizer of cheese bread but it didn't come out until my entree did. FAIL! Pasta sauce was very meh and I've had more flavorful stuffed bell peppers from a stouffers microwave meal. When I brought these deficiencies to the waitresses attention she was happy to let me know it was actually my fault that the soup was cold and she didn't make any effort to time my food items. A free desert or discounting the appetizer would have went a long way towards making me a happy(er) customer. Instead I got sass and told if I came back they wouldn't mess it up next time. Won't be a next time!

We stayed at the Clarion and walked down to the restaurant and I'm so glad we did. We decided to eat at the bar, the bartender (maybe owner) offered two recommendations. We selected the Milano Chicken Florentine with a side grilled Caesar salad. We shared the meal as it was a lot of food. We contemplated adding lasagna. We could have had leftovers had we done that, but I'm so glad we shared. It was a lovely meal. Cocktails were also lovely.

On previous trips, we’ve stayed at the Clarion and ate at the lounge. The times have been quite nice, once having a long talk with the bar tender. Always enjoying our time. With COVID, we wondered if we’d have the same experience. Well we did! The Pan Lounge (associated with the Restaurante Pantusco’s) is just off the Clarion lobby. We had our ‘usual’ booth by the window. Soon, our server, Amanda came to offer menus and take our drink order. She was delightful. Cheerful, engaging and attentive. So to begin with, the had a; beer Dirty Hippie from the Palasaide Brewing Company Both my wife and I really liked it. For food, we began with their small garlic bread with cheese. It was a loaf cut in half lengthwise and covered with cheese then melted in the oven. It was served with a cup of marinara sauce. For dinner they had only the regular restaurant menu. We weren’t interested in fancy food nor a lot of it. Would have liked a ‘pub menu’. But we searched and found what we wanted: Chicago Beef Eggrolls (Slow roasted thin sliced beef, house mage giardiniera and mozzarella, wrapped in eggroll shell and served with horseradish au jus.) A bit different. Crispy eggroll wrapper with a flavorful beef mixture inside. Au jus was also quite flavorful. We also had their Italian Chopped Salad (Imported Italian meats, sundried tomatoes, olives, feta, Italian cheese and assorted veggies.) It had far more meat and non-lettuce than we expected. Was served with a vinaigrette dressing. Wow! A good meal made from a hodge podge selection. We were not disappointed. Quite the contrary, we were delighted that this was such a nice eating experience.

The Pantuso is a fantastic, family owned and operated restaurant. They have a dining room or lounge (great for watching the NBA playoffs) so getting a table was a breeze. My son and I had the Veal Parmigiana and Chicken Parmigiana and both were delicious. Try their version of bolognese sauce - it’s unbelievable. It’s an inventive sauce with Italian Sausage. It is definitely not a traditional bolognese recipe as it is spicy, loaded with flavor. We had a great time chatting with the owner and her daughter. Definitely the best meal on the trip!

Pleasantly surprised by this Italian restaurant attached to the Clarion Inn. Hotel eateries can be wonderful or more often times mediocre, but the service here was exceptional and the food was delicious. I had a custom pasta dish ( shrimp scampi) and my friend also asked for something original - our plates were licked clean! If I’m back in the area, I will stop here for a meal.

Across the street from our hotel, we arrived hungry. The restaurant is clean and old style Italian. The service was excellent, and the food was amazing. I order an appetizer antipasto (13.50), which turned out to be my meal. The salami’s were varied and fresh as was the variety of cheeses on the plate, with bread and all the delightful little things that come with! Yum! Even had enough to take home for a snack or lunch tomorrow. My husband ordered a pizza, which he loved. I am not a fan of pizza, but I must say, this was delicious. Fresh dough made in house and generous on the sauce, cheese and fresh basil. A must meal!!!

What a wonderful discovery! We love the Clarion chain and after a long traveling day we didn't want to drive to a 'brand' restaurant and Pan was awesome! Great great food, professional and friendly service and comfortable atmosphere. I had the Shrimp Diamonte.... exploding with delicious flavor! Thank you, Kevin and staff, for a memorable experience!

Ristorante Pantuso was perfect for our group of 45 members as it is located in the Clarion Hotel where we were staying. It was so handy for us to book some dinners there as well as take advantage of the happy hour at the bar. They handled our group well and the food was delicious. It was so easy to work with the owner and she is a hard worker. A few of us sampled the restaurant before the group came and the food then was outstanding as well.

The front desk clerk at the nearby Residence Inn recommended this restaurant in the Clarion Hotel. We got a seat in the bar which is always our preference and had a very enjoyable meal. The bartenders were friendly, helpful and attentive. We had a glass of local wine and a very tasty Cosmo to start. I ordered the Chicken Parmesan and my husband had the Milano Chicken Florentine. Both were absolutely delicious! We would go back in a heartbeat! Maybe even tonight!

The owners are fantastic! Christa always makes a point of stopping by our table and saying hello. They have great food and a good wine list with some local wines made in the valley. The list seemed smaller than in past years, but we found what we wanted. The staff is great and very friendly. You can tell Christa takes pride in hiring good people. 10 stars!

This venue is reminiscent of 80s family Italian eatery’s charm. Great staff! Great food. My spouse chose a scampi dish with noodles while I went with the eggplant parmigiana. Both were excellent dishes. We also sampled a flite of wines. If you are seeking Italian do not miss this place.
