Amazing flavors and variety from this family owned gem. Wish we had this at home! Had the yellow curry, with chicken that melts in your mouth.

I saw this place on TripAdvisor, decided to give it a shot - and wasn't disappointed. My wife had the hot and sour soup and declared it the best she's ever had! She followed up with garbanzo bean stew, which was decent but not amazing,...More

I cannot say enough good things about this spot. It's celiac friendly as well as fully gluten free. The options are always changing and the owners are personable. It's a quaint, tiny restaurant and very memorable. Excellent for Paleo, Gluten Free, Celiac and others. Their...More

We have always visited this gem when we have a family ski vacation. Great food and comfortable atmosphere. My husband had the duck special and loved it. One daughter had chicken curry and the other daughter and I had the chickpea stew. All bowls were...More

The food and staff is amazing! We sampled about half the menu and cannot decide what we like best. Has entrees for me (a vegan) and my husband (omnivore). Pretty drive as well!

Entire menu is gluten-free and they do offer various vegan meals, soups and even dessert. Food is not standard-fare which is refreshing and pretty tasty but tight quarters!!! With the rush of patrons they get, they should look at getting a larger dining area.

My favorite is the hot and sour soup. I am vegan and this works for me. Other good stuff. Can get expensive if you order lots of sides.

I absolutely loved how small this place, my dream cafe! Food was fantastic. I had the Masala and it was delicious! Staff/owners were so sweet and I shall be back!

This small "off the beaten path" cafe was a wonderful surprise! The decor is basic but warm and inviting. The friendly enthusiastic staff and amazing food make this a place we will definitely visit again.

ProFusion takes NO reservations. If you arrive by 5:30 you can usually get in. But if you have to wait, the food is worth it.
