Had never visited Qdoba before. Was raining heavily and got the hungries. Daughter chose the Cauli-mash bowl, spouse chose 3 Street Tacos and I picked the Cholula Hot Sweet Chicken. Service was pleasant and fast. Food was tasty, and I won the competition between spouse and I as to whose order was better. Unfortunately, I forgot and left a borrowed cane there, and it wasn't there when I returned the following day. Oh well... I would, however go back to QBODA again!!

I spent a night in the Clifton area and was trying to find a place that had healthy food. I was able to order some slow cooked chicken with brown rice and black beans. QDOBA had a number of options to choose from and you can order online and pick up your order. If I'm in the area again, I would order food from here again.

There are no Qdoba's in our area so I wanted to try it as I had quite a few good things about it from several people. I had the three knockout taco combo with the two timer, triple threat and gladiator taco's. All were good with the two timer a little milder and the triple threat my favorite. We will go back when looking for fast food in their location.

Was walking around Clifton after a long day's drive. Nothing really appealed to me and I saw Qdoba. Had heard about it, but never tried it. The food was adequate, nothing exceptional. The staff was friendly and helpful. The restaurant could have been a little cleaner both inside and on the outdoor patio. Also could have used better and more enticing signage.

Uncooked beans, overcooked meat and the majority of any burrito is minute rice. No flavor, and this is the third time the pinto beans were half cooked. Meat so dried out it was similar to jerky.

We stopped for lunch on a saturday; plenty of tables available. Quick service and clean restrooms; the 4 of us shared 2 burrito bowls and that was enough for us plus 4 waters. Good, clean atmosphere and the food was good like we expect at Qdoba. Would visit again.

Per Wikipedia a taco salad is an American dish originating in Texas during the 1960s; the dish contains ingredients commonly used in Tex-Mex tacos. Taco salads traditionally have a bowl shaped fried flour tortilla with refried beans at the bottom, then rice, cheese, tomatoes, sour cream, guac and lots of lettuce. Good taco salads add a dressing (cilantro is a good choice) which sticks all the ingrediants together making it easier to eat as well as transforming the Tex-Mex taco ingredients into a taco salad fiesta! Qdoba puts a smidge of lettuce in first, I've had tacos with more lettuce, and no refried beans! Also the fried flour tortilla bowls need to be higher and lighter in texture. One should be able to easily break off a piece to and pile on the insides and eat it like nachos. So many chains make it better, Rubios and Chipotle for example. Not bad, just ot that good.

Qdoba at Clifton is outside of my normal travels so I haven't visited before. Gee, that's my mistake. Shop was hopping when I arrived, getting a large catering order ready to go out. Yet the crew was right on top of handling every customer's individual in-store order without delay. Street tacos were nice.

After 5 hours on the road (Denver to Grand Junction), we were ready for lunch. We had two taco salads (Veggie and Beef Brisket), Nachos with Chicken and a Qdoba kids meal (veggie nachos). Total cost of lunch was around $35.00.

I've had so many bad experiences in the past few years that it's refreshing to write an A+++ report for the Qdoba Mexican Grille in Clifton, CO. My wife and I tend to eat at a Qdoba somewhere (It's a chain) about twice a month. Food is always good, fresh, and plentiful for a very reasonable price. They have some pretty tasty and healthy alternatives. At any rate, we stopped in at the Clifton Qdoba. When my wife presented her Qdoba loyalty card to rack up some more points toward a free entrée, the mgr (asst mgr?) told us we already had enough points for one entrée, but the cards are being phased out and replaced by a smart-phone friendly alternative card. He apologized for the loss of points we'd earned toward a second free entrée (about half of what we needed) and for the inconvenience of changing cards. Then he told my wife to put her money away and gave us BOTH meals for free. He certainly didn't have to do this (I've lost credit toward freebies several times in the past because the company changed their rules). But IMHO, he did the right thing by his loyal customers. I hope this is the Qdoba standard for treating all their customers, but at the very least the Clifton Qdoba gets an A+++. Kudos!

This is a chain and they do a nice job. It is similar to chipotle so if you like them you will like this place. They will you bring the dog to the patio.

Well, I have never been to a Qdoba before, so I can say if this is better than normal or not - but it was very tasty. I ordered a taco (so I didn't have to make any decision). I took it home and I will say that the corn tortilla started to fall apart - but I had made a fair number of stops, so I think that if I had eaten in a more timely fashion, it would have been fine. The filling was excellent - I got the gladiator with beef and bacon. You could taste all the ingredients in it. I am going to try the tortilla soup next - I love the idea that I can choose the protein and the flavors. Another thing I liked was that in the rice line - I can get white with cilantro or "adobo" rice. The staff gets 5 thumbs up - really pleasant - and I asked a lot of questions! I saw a catering order there for pickup and I loved the way the iced tea was packaged. It was sort of a large plastic bag/bladder (like the inside of a wine box) with a spigot. I think that would be so handy if you were serving lots of people. So, I have tried it and am now a fan!

My wife really likes the other similar place a lot, but we wanted something nearby, as we were completing a trip from Denver. I ordered three tacos that were very tasty. The thing I prefer about Qdoba over the other place is the variety. You DO have to spend a little more time looking over and considering the menu, but that's OK. Good food for a fair price.

While staying in Grand Junction visiting family we came to this place every other day for lunch, the food tasted great, great service, buffet style. You get points for every meal, if you take time to subscribe via internet you get free chips & salsa too. Easy to park any vehicle including motor home or camper. Check it out, the pulled pork tasted great too!
