Where visitors always want to go

We always take our out of town visitors here. Don’t expect a big juicy hamburger unless you order a double. The nice thing about their burgers is that they are delicious without a lot of meat which I try to cut back on. Prepared with a fresh baked bun, lots of lettuce & tomato, yummy sauce, & sweet onion. Everything is fresh, including the fries delivered daily in the form of a large potato which they cut & fry. Regulars love “animal style”. Not sure just how it’s different except they use lots of sauce & fry the onions. About the healthiest meat burger you can get. They have a limited menu, just fries, burgers, drinks & shakes (which are out of this world). But everything is top notch, freshly made.

Nice burgers but the fries could be much better...

A really delicious cheeseburger but the fries are not very good and I will every day take the fries from McDonald’s. This is a good fast food restaurant...

It was just OK

I think the hype of trying this place made me expect more. The cheeseburger was ok. The meat was a little thin so the bread overpowered it. The cooked onions on the hamburger were good though. The fries to me had no taste. Maybe I just had high expectations? Might try it again but for me it was just ok.

Not the same quality anymore

Don't know what has happened, but I get sick after eating here every time now. And, they ALWAYS forget to put grilled onions on the burger (4 times in a row now). The oil for the fries the last 3 times has been rancid and the fires barely edible. This last time, we waited 30 minutes for our food and it was gross. Never returning. They have really gone down hill now.

Parking is a little bit of an issue, but it is very close to the 405, which makes it very convenient for drive to and from airport. Thankfully the drive-thru is fast.

Ordered cheeseburgers, one order of fries (is enough for two) and sodas. The food is made to order and all ingredients are fresh. It is the closest thing to a homemade cheeseburger and fries. Plus is inexpensive!

Good burgers

We took out for a quick family meal. Great “homemade” burgers. Fries are soggy and not the best. Good shakes. Friendly and helpful staff. Very accommodating to requests. Orders are filled after you order, so plan on a bit of a wait. Prices are reasonable.

Love their burgers, and the ability to do "Protein Style"! Love the fries and they will do them "well done" so they are crispy! As usual, there is a line for the drive-thru.

In-N-Out never disappoints - our first trip after we got off the plane. My son got the Animal fries which he's never had before and loved them. Staff is friendly, restaurant is busy but clean.

THE ultimate California burger

I really tried to get over eating In-n-Out as much as we do. I hoped when I used to work across from a San Diego county location that I'd get sick of eating them. But it NEVER happens! These are truly the best fast food burger you can get. I waver between protein style (wrapped in lettuce) and regular, and ALWAYS grilled onions - lately asking for whole grilled onion, not chopped. Do your homework, check out the other hidden menu items. Neopolitan shake - it's details like this that make it AMAZING! The location always has a good long line that weaves across several parking lots - but it goes quickly and the order is always right. Worth the wait. Am I eating it in the car? Always! Who can wait to get home, not me!
