One of the Indian restaurants I do visit when in Torrance. The food is good and they do take care of the customers well. Make sure you ask them about the dish and if you need to are any adjustments to spice level, they will accommodate your request. They do have a small sweets counter, if you really in the mood to get something sweet after a spicy meal.

Fantastic food- nice portions and friendly staff working hard. If you’re solo like me I recommend ordering the “half” order of rice as I did not and it was a ton! Chicken Tikka Kabob was great along with naan. Don’t let the outside of the small shopping center fool you this place is worth the stop

Best Indian Pakistani food in the Southbay. We have been coming here for over 10 years. My kids ask for it every time they want Indian or Pakistani food. It a little spicy so if you don’t like spice this is not for you.

Their food on a Friday night (which should be their best night) was disgusting, MEH, and made us both sick shortly after and my man has a rock gut stomach!!! We even drove to pick it up to help the restaurant! How in the F does this get 4.5 stars??? The Chicken Tika Masala (CTM) didn't taste anything close to anything of its kind either Indi/Paki (I've traveled and had it everywhere), it had no tomato taste and the chicken was so dry as if it was leftovers from the earlier lunch buffet. There was a quarter-inch thick layer of oil for a single serving on the Qorma sauce and almost as much on the CTM! The chicken was super cheap quality and had no flavor even if it was from the early buffet. The lamb had no flavor but was tender (an easy thing for lamb). The pakoras had been sitting for hours, were barely warm and a bit mushy... again, this is a Friday night people! The samosas almost made this review a two-star if they had any spice in them and if they were not 90% potato and way too big. I AM SO SICK OF EATING AT PLACES THAT GET 4.5 STARS AND ARE NOT EVEN a ONE or TWO!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Ordered a pretty good curry via door dash. Good flavor and reasonably priced. The butter naan was a little dry. Still, I would order here again.

I moved out of the area but I still crave the food here like crazy. Get the chicken tala gosht, the tikka masala and the aloo palak.

Tasty strip mall Pakistani food in Lawndale. Came here on a Friday around 4pm to get takeout and it took about 20 minutes for the food to be ready. The cashier kindly gave me some water while I waited (takeout & delivery only, no dine-in as of time of writing). It was cash-only when I went. There’s limited parking available in the shared lot. This is an authentic, small spot for no-nonsense food. I saw that their garlic naan was on an episode of the Best Thing I Ever Ate, so of course we got some. Two half naan pieces are in an order, so for four people, get at least two orders. The chicken tikka masala was my favorite one - it was creamy with a nice undertone of spice. You can use the naan to sop up the sauce and it’s so yummy. The mix tandoori plate was a bit dry. The chicken biryani plate was generous portioned and the chicken was still moist even next day. Prices are super reasonable and the service was friendly.

Our first time with take-out from this excellent restaurant. It was hopping on a Sunday night. The chicken tikka- masala and the spinach (palak panner) we’re outstanding. The veggie nauratan korma was also excellent.

Tried the food here recently based on a family recommendation while visiting LA. Restaurant is in a strip mall off Inglewood Ave. The prices are reasonable and food is good. I did the take out. They appear to have table service, but the inside decor is very modest....do not take a first time date here if you are trying to impress. I had the chicken briyani and it was tasty I would go back if in LA area again.

Some friends of ours told us about this Indian-Pakistani restaurant not far from our hotel, so we thought we’d give it a go after reading the reviews. The place was really busy for a Tuesday night. Lots of walk-ins, take outs and delivery. The gentlemen running the place were working hard, and they might think about bringing someone else on to help. Several tables had to approach the cash register area in order to have someone take their order. We sat for quite awhile before getting water. The food, however, forgives the service. The naan (we had the garlic) was SO good. I had the chicken tiki Marsala and a table mate had a lamb dish. We had biryani also. Most people I saw had food left over to take home, so you might want to consider that. Leftovers are good, however. I was so full I didn’t have room for dessert, and my favorite dessert was on the menu (gulag jamun). Be sure to try the mango lassi! We would come back here. There are so many choices. Don’t let the shabby exterior fool you. There is great food inside.

We have eaten at Al Noor many times as it doesn’t take but a few weeks after eating there before someone in the house starts to crave their food again, and back we go. This is a very unassuming family-owned restaurant with a lot of pride and great food! We highly recommend the samosas which are so crispy and so tasty that we go back sometimes just for them! Top main dishes for us are the chicken tikka, the chicken tikka masala, the saag paneer, and the garlic naan. Beware the heat level you request, as “medium” can be pretty hot for some people, and hot is....wow. We highly recommend!

The restaurant offers good Indian Food with nice taste and ample quantity. The veg biryani and Pakoras were done nicely and loved the way they had prepared it. I had them packed for the hotel and it was very nicely done and stayed hot. The quantity is pretty large and you may need a big hunger to do justice. Overall a nice place for great food.

This restaurant boasts to serve Pakistani & Indian cuisine. The food is freshly prepared and staff are very polite. But quality of food is very average. Kebabs lack the flavor and typical taste that makes a good kebab. Biriyani or Chicken Karahi or Nehari that we tried were very average kind of cooking. There are better Indian or Pakistani food options in LA.
