I will travel from Memphis, Tennessee, USA, to Ardesen, Turkey for the Ufuk Bufe. I always feel like I am with Family. They are so friendly. The food is amazing. If you are anywhere in Turkey, come to Ardesen.

The Ufuk Bufe has a small cafe on the main road and a larger restaurant nearby. The food is amazing. If you have a big group go to the larger place, but for small groups drop in at the cafe. They are owned by the same family, and everyone is very hospitable. I felt like I was a part of the family.
