It's really all about the fact that you are eating in a cave. It's about the experience. The food isn't anything special but it was fine. All you can eat dessert but they only had pies so if you don't like pie you are out...More

The burgers are excellent, as are the steaks but the pie is some of the best available and wee travel Route 66 several times per year.

We stayed at the Grand Canyon Caverns Inn and had dinner here. We ate above ground, but they also have an option to eat below ground in the cave. The restaurant had lunch and dinner menus, and at 7pm we could pick from either. There...More

We stayed at the motel next door and with nothing else open, were grateful that the GC Caverns restaurant was still serving up until 8 pm. The burger was fine. Nice chunky chips. Abundant ketchup. What more could you ask for.

We were hungry, it was open and the only restaurant around. I had a burger that was barely average. The service was average. My friends had chicken tenders that were average and meatloaf that was unseasoned and below average. The prices were okay.

We were here for a late (light) dinner. I was disappointed with my dinner. I ordered a salad with steak. I very specifically ordered the steak rare and a beer. I had to remind the server to bring me the beer. The salad arrived and...More

We stopped by for lunch after a tour of the caverns. The food was ok, but nothing fancy. We had a BLT and a salad. The salad came with shredded cheese, which wasn't great. The BLT was fine, but on the greasy side.

Great food and wonderful service! Relaxing and had a great waitress. The cook even came out and made sure everything was good.

Seems to me the price range for lunch ran between 7 to 12 dollars. It could have been a bit lower though as my memory doesn't always serve me well these days. Really good food there though and the pies are all home made... More

Oh, and I think it opens early for campers and the hotel guests. Or something like that.
