Tripadvisor’s approach to reviews
Before posting, each Tripadvisor review goes through an automated tracking system, which collects information, answering the following questions: how, what, where and when. If the system detects something that potentially contradicts our community guidelines, the review is not published.
When the system detects a problem, a review may be automatically rejected, sent to the reviewer for validation, or manually reviewed by our team of content specialists, who work 24/7 to maintain the quality of the reviews on our site.
Our team checks each review posted on the site disputed by our community as not meeting our community guidelines.

Lovely spot on the water. Food is well made and reasonably priced, though the menu is a little limited. Good service as well.

Cocolini's have an extensive menu for all meals of the day. We had Tropical breakfast each morning, always with fruit, toast, tea/coffee and 'porridge' which was more sago/tapioca and delicious. Happy hour from 5pm- 7pm has good variety of drinks and 'special' daily cocktail was...always tasty- try the Samoan Colada! Dinner specials each evening (50-60WST) were delicious as were other meals we ate during our stay. Watching sunsets, evening drinks and then good food. Only gripe was music was so loud at times we could not hear our conversation.More

Absolutely delicious cuisine, made with fresh local ingredients and love. Excellent Five star service and definitely value for money! We had our anniversary dinner at Cocolins by the Sea, so romantic siting by the ocean, stunning sunset and a romantic dinner just for the two...of us. Simply divine we ordered a Masi Masi Fresh fish special and an Eye filet Steak with Prawns, the local beef is excellent and just melts in your mouth, a must try if you are in Samoa. The dessert we had was amazing Chocolate Banoffee with a cream cheese centre and Raspberry coulis de fraise. Cocolin's by the Sea is located near the Mulifanua wharf and Falelolo international airport, a really good location and easy to find. Great beer specials and yummy cocktails 2 hours for happy hour is awesome! My favourite was the Nutty Samoan! My husband loves Taula. Thank you for the excellent service and delicious food it was an incredible experience we will definitely be back!!!:):)More

My husband and I stayed at Le Vasa for 4 nights and ate all 3 meals at this restaurant each day. The food was delicious with different specials to chose from each night - highly recommend.

We had great meals here and really liked the system for fale guests. The Tropical Breakfasts were delicious..as was the mushroom pizza for lunch...and the fish meals at dinner. It was such a romantic setting, too. The candles on the tables facing the sea and...the soft light and evening glow. These features really enhanced the whole meal experience. The waitresses were always ready with a cheery Talofa and made us feel so welcome. Joel from the Office who had been a wonderful driver and guide for us on the Museums and Markets tour also helped out on Cashier duty one night which was nice and made for accurate billing. We cannot wait to return to this charming restaurant and to the Le Vasa Resort itself someday!More

A day tour around the island we stopped for lunch and had one of the best meals on the island. We were seated on the waters edge and the meal was beautifully presented by very pleasant staff. I would recommend that if you wanted change...from your resort just for a day Le Vasa would be a good choice. A day visit includes the use of non motorise craft and they even have Hobie cats to sail. They also have a games room. Spacious grounds well grassed with views across the water. Our lunch included a demonstration by the waitress of preparing coconuts to eat.More

With very reasonable prices you get an extensive menu, often with specials of the day. The location is also lovely, overlooking the lagoon. Staff are exceptionally friendly and attentive. Can recommend the chilli prawns for entrée; for main course the steak was very good, we...also enjoyed the chicken pinati, and the reef fish. For dessert the banana creole was great and the speciality coffees were really good. Can highly recommend this restaurant for quality and service.More
