Jaguar House Ec opens its doors in Banos de Agua Santa, one of the most touristic cities in Ecuador. The idea is to create an area where the culinary sensations and the cultural-artistic expressions collide. During the day, Jaguar House offers a warm and natural environment. Among the flavors of our gastronomic proposal, there is a outstanding selection of meats cuts prepared on the grill. In the afternoon and evening Jaguar House turns into the perfect spot to socialize, exchange experiences and enjoy our colorful cocktails. there are two different areas; the interior of the restaurant and the terrace which a privileged atmosphere.

The restaurant is so amazing, It has a beautiful views, the experience is so good, the food is delicious and salty, but they have a delicious desserts too. Normally tourists go to eat at this restaurant and they go out very happy. The food isnt expensive and the service is fast and pleasant. The waiters are very friendly and respectful.

Stopped by for a late lunch, I had Bbcued pork ribs. Very tasty! I also had two of their crafted beers, a stout and an IPA. Both were very good. I will make it back to try one of their cuts of beef, the people next to me had such a plateful, it looked and smelled delicious!

You can pay in Euros. Free Wifi. Little kids play park. Cold beers and chill music. Think afrobeats/ Ibiza chillout tracks. Typical pub food. Great service. The kids nuggets were a bit overcooked but other than that great atmosphere.

Very nice steak house in Banos. Huge portions. Very reasonable. Steak dinner for 2 with 2 glasses of wine and large shrimp appetizer was only $40 including 10% tip.

Excellent T-bone steak with fries and salad for $13 and 600ml pilsner beer for 2.50 can't be beat here. Steak was just amazing. Highly recommend it.

Went to Jaguar House on a whim while visiting Baños with my husband... best decision of the trip!! Great service, excellent food and cool atmosphere! We will definitely be eating there again the next time we visit Baños!!

Alright people of tripadvisor, I just watched video on youtube about a great steakhouse--and here I am--two years after visiting Jaguar House to say that this is hands down the best streak I've had in my life.
I went there two days in a row. It was heaven.
The first day I got their 500 gram rib eye, it's divinity itself. I think you can find God in this restaurant. The sear is astounding, the quality of beef has a profound beefines, perfect maillard char, and the chimichurri that's slightly seared on adds a depth that will send you spiraling.
The second day, I got the 750 gram steak. If you're one person, the 750 grams was personally too much for me!
Great service, absolutely amazing place to go. On top of of it all, travelling from California, the prices are just so good!

The food was delicious. The service was good. We order a picaña and a bondiola plate. The taste was nice and meet our expectations. I'm really glad I came. That's all I need to say.

We ordered the Tomohawk steak. Service was excellent, and the portions were enormous! You can share this dish if you're with 2/3 people. Atmosphere is basic, but the food and service definitely makes up for it!

This was a kind of surprise how well the meat tasted! Really delicious! We ordered Camarones, Burger and the Tomahawk steak and we enjoyed very much. And the waiter was very attentive. Highly recommended!

We happened by this place while out walking in the market area one night. My wife, who's kind of a graphic design snob immediately noticed and liked their logo and the presentation on their menu, whereas I noticed the amazing selection of steaks and meats and totally reasonable prices.
My wife got the ribs, which were boneless and covered in a really good barbeque sauce, comes with salad with a nice honey mustard dressing and really good, seasoned french fries. She also tried the almond infused whiskey which she really liked.
I got the cowboy steak (pictured) and wow, I was impressed on all fronts: quantity, it's huge. Quality, very nice cut of meat, lightly seasoned and grilled. I ordered mine "medio" and by American standards it was on the rare side, but it was good enough meat that I was very happy.
We would definitely come here again.

Came here during my stay in Baños. I ordered one of the burgers (#3) and was very happy with it. Not only was big like a burger from back home (NY), it tasted like one too. The burgers come with a side of fries and a salad, which is a lot of food considering the price of a burger ($5-7). They also had some really good craft beers from Ecuador. I would highly recommend coming here.

We are actually very easy to please and pretty relaxed. And the reviews on trip advisor looked good so it was very surprising how many things just werent right. We received our meat cold, we nicely asked to have it warmed up and the waiter was super friendly and of course took it back, it came back a little warmer but okay.. but then my boyfriend cut the meat and it was rare although we asked for medium... again our waiter was super friendly and took it back to the kitchen. it came out again and still not medium :D so we just left it at that, the beer my boyfriend was served was expired so the waiter again super friendly exchanged it. My red wine was freezing cold (in -3°C cold fridge) haha so yes it was quite and experience! The waiter made everything okay.. so looking at all the reviews, maybe we were unlucky and the chef was sick at home and someone else had to jump in for him, but from that one experience I would not recommend it.

We set out looking for a steakhouse for dinner and found Jaguar and glad we stopped in.
Upon receiving a warm welcome from a great Venezulan waiter. He was super friendly and provided excellent service!
We ordered the tomahawk steak to share which was cooked to perfection. It was delicious and very reasonably priced.
If you are looking for steak, this is a great place to check out.

I visited the Jaguar House and was a good choice, this awesome place offer so many delicious options to eat, the service is really great and the most important is quick.
They have vegetarian options so that is perfect for someone that is looking for it. Definitely recommend it!
