Lovely Italian Food

This is a very good restaurant, there are two in Baños just in case one is full but they both have the same menu. We had the garlic bread with and without mozzarella and they were both amazing (though I would personally recommend the one without mozzarella on top) and a pizza. Everything was really good, there are three pizza sizes so that you can pick whether you want a big one to share with 3-4 people, a medium one to share only with some else (or maybe with another person too if you are not planning on eating that much) and a small one just for yourself!. Everything was great, very tasty and the waiter was lovely.

Pizza and pasta dinner

We had a pizza and pasta dinner, I had a glass of red wine and my partner a tall glass of strawberry juice. Service was friendly and food filling and delicious. The Italian chef and owner even came to greet us and that’s when we realized this restaurant is genuinely Italian. Excellent!

Best Italian Food in Baños

If you’re visiting Baños, Ecuador, you can’t miss this gem! Located in the city center, it is the perfect place for a lovely lunch or dinner. I went alone, though this place is perfect for couples, families, and groups. I ordered the pizza and garlic bread with cheese. Both were exceptional! The wine was also fantastic. The thing that really stood above the rest was the fantastic service! I felt very catered to and my food and drinks were served quickly and perfectly. Definitely check it out during your visit to Baños!

Real Italian food

We come from Italy and visited Baños recently, we usually like to try Italian food in different countries. The menu and food from this restaurant show a real connection to the Italian heart. We met the Neapolitan chef, who was an amazing host and made sure we had a great experience all the way to the (real) espresso and limoncello.

Amazing food and service!!

We absolutely loved the place! My partner and I are here for the week. We were struggling to find a place for dinner and stumbled along this restaurant. I originally ordered something that the waiter explained to me was a humongous serving and pointed out something smaller but a lot alike what I wanted. Absolutely loved what he pointed out. The service and food was amazing!!! 10/10 would definitely come here again.

Dinner for 3. Only one juice option (strawberry), not even lemonade available. No desserts, none available. Menestrone; too much pepper. Pizza 4 seasons; Excessive ferment flavor, vinegar-flavored artichokes. Stuffed zucchini; poorly cooked, burnt base and raw meat. Impresses food that wants to stand out, aspires to be gourmet and ends up being average. They asked us for a taxi to return to the hotel with a very good disposition. It is appreciated.

The food here is exquisite and authentic. The best Italian food you will find anywhere in the world!! Chef franchesco and his team allowed us to stay for dinner although their kitchen was practically closed for the night.

Good Italian food

Delectable dinner at Parpedella Banos. They have two branches.. one on the main street and one close to the square. We tried the one close to the square. The entree was mini aubergine lasagne which was lickalicious and the veggie pizza was fresh and good as well. Sadly they had run out of desserts. A good find.

Great pizza and pasta from Napels!!

The food was really great! Great pizza and great pasta. We ordered pizza margeritha (+ champignons) and pizza Papardella, pasta carbonara, pasta bolognese, pasta aglio olio e peperoncinno and they were all delicious! The cook (Francesco) is from Italy, Napels. The service we got from Robert was really good as well. Would definitely recommend having dinner here! You won’t be disappointed!

Great Italian Food

We just had a most excellent authentic meal here. They have a very broad menu with pasta, pizza, chicken, beef, risotto and more. My wife and I both had pasta and the lasagna Pappardelle was excellent. For dessert we had the tiramisu and it was “muy Rico”. If you are wanting Italian, this is the place to go!

Great Italian Food for fair prices. We had starters, Pizza and Pasta and everything was delicious, good sizes and typical Italian. The staff was friendly and helpful, even with the little mess our baby left behind :) We felt super comfortable and will definitely come back here, when we visit Baños again - Totally recommendable :)

Tentalize your taste buds

Take some time and enjoy the experience at the Pappardelle Ristorante when in Banos. The high quality service, enthusiasm for customer and cuisine do not go unnoticed here. I had a romantic dinner for two and was absolutely blown away. Chef Christian Cota takes such pride in his work. The Tomahawk steak was world class. Mesero Cayo are server made us feel welcome and made sure all our needs were promptly met. I crawled in feeling like a caterpillar and floated out like a butterfly. We will make the Pappardelle our go to dinning experience whilst in Banos! Thanks a million to the whole team. Out front and behind the scenes that made this culinary adventure one we will never forget.

Delicious Pizza!

We wanted something a little closer to home after eating so much Ecuadorian food, and this pizza hit the spot! We ordered the mozzarella garlic bread, which looked like a pizza, and a three or four meat pizza. Both were fantastic! The crust was fluffy and delicious, while the rest of the pizza was thin. The flavors were bold and delicious. Everything was fresh! The atmosphere of the restaurant is great, too.

Original Pizza from Italy- best pizza

We went to Pappardelle in the afternoon. We had two different Pizzas which were done very quickly. The Pizza Tasted Like as If you were in Italy. Sooo delicious. It probably comes from the fact that the Chef is from Napoli. Best Pizza we had in south America so far.

It is incredible to arrive at a place and feel so good both with the staff and with the food and service, super delicious, the pizzas, Che Emanuel makes the best Italian pizzas, without a doubt, the wonderful service, the cashier boy and the kitchen guy, super Attentive, very nice place and my family and I felt at home. Thank you very much, guys, you are a great work team, you made us laugh and feel very loved. Next year, we will see each other again.
