I live in the area, and it’s the only place I’ve found that makes their own noodles for ramen instead of using instant. A wee bit pricey for vegetarian options imho, but it’s all good. The place is cute and clean. The dude (Servio?) is friendly without being overly friendly. 10/10 will go back soon.

We loved this spot and are happy we came to eat here! We ordered the Thai Noodles, Gyoza, and Thai soup, all which were delicious. We were immediately greeted by Servio when we walked in. He made us feel extremely welcome! Chef Hector is very talented. Thanks for a great visit. A bonus was also having games to play!

Delicious Thai food in the heart of Banos! Friends and I were looking for dinner, and this place came recommended by our hotel. Delicious, economical and welcoming environment in this Thai/Sushi restaurant in the heart of Banos. Aside from trying the local cuisine, I highly recommend stopping in here for a meal during your stay in Banos! I will be sure to visit again.

What was I thinking? Who in their right mind thinks this was good Asian food. So many good reviews & it was horrific. The only flavor in any of it was salt. No spice, no ginger, no sesame… salt on salt.
All the sushi rolls have cream cheese.
The spicy mahi donburi was actually inedible. I love salt like a lunatic, I couldn’t eat more than 3 bites. I tried mixing it all together hoping the rice would tame it down. Nope. Just gross & it made me sad.
The thai salad & Andean salads were decent. But they love their veggie spirlizer. The cucumber was one 9 ft long piece. Both had walnuts, which are tasty but not exactly “Thai”. Plus the “Thai” dressing was just soy sauce.
The Gyoza were best thing we had.
The ramen & Thai soups were fine if you just picked out the noodles. Both were wildly bland. The “crab” was imitation crab sticks aka- hotdog of the sea. It was really strange wet & warm in soup. Plus there was sliced deli ham?? Bizarre in a bad way start to finish.
My bad for forgetting where I was & believing the reviews. Service was super slow & apathetic. This was just the worst Asian knock off food I have ever had. If you want any kind of Asian in South America, visit Peru.

This place has really delicious food. They have a vegan bowl, vegan sushi roll, and a few other vegan options (noodles and appetizers). They also have an incredible selection of craft beers, including the most delicious beer ever created: the IRA. Oh, how I love this beer. Anyway, the people were friendly too and I highly recommend this place!

You’d be lucky to get Servio as your server. The food was great as well but the service was the standout for me as it’s more rare. He’s a rare type who cares a lot about your comfort, happiness and happiness which is why I felt compelled to write a review. Very pleased with my meal and the pricing as well!!

What a fabulous restaurant in Baños! The food was absolutely delicious and the drinks were fantastic too. We particularly enjoyed the service from the wonderful server Hector Servio. He was very attentive and spoke excellent English. We would return to ZUMO again!

We had lunch here yesterday, because a friend of ours recommended it. This was our highlight of the day. The food is amazing and he service is great. Definitely worth a visit!

I enjoyed the atmosphere and conversation. The food was good; but, after living for over a year in Asia, mostly Okinawa, the flavor I was looking for wasn't there. The price was a bit high for the quantity/quality of food received.
