The best Pizza ever

Casa Padaria makes the most wonderful pizzas. We have been going there for a few years and have never been disappointed. They are happy to do a pizza with half of one topping and half of another at no extra cost. Lovely people.

Ben makes the best pizza!

Always come here for pizza. Always a very warm welcome and amazing staff. Ben can make a massive range of pizzas with all sorts of toppings and the speicals are always great too! I do always recommend the ribs as a starter, they fall off the bone and just taste amazing. Of course they do more than just pizzas as mains too, but the pizzas are the highlight of going here. If anyone says the staff don't know the menu or they aren't super friendly and don't make you feel welcome then they lie !! JUST GO HERE!!

Pizza night beyond the usual pizza night

This beyond what we expected from a pizza place. Attentive staff/owners who welcomed us and took our order without rushing us. Not just pizzas, 2 sizes - 9” and 12”. Lasagna, spaghetti bol, salads are substantial and well presented. The deserts look lovely but we were stuffed from starters and our mains. The specials are in season and most of the vegetables are home growth. Beer included, 4 people for €85 The restaurant was full whilst we eat in, but takeaway business was also brisk throughout our visit. Their location is central to the town, parking plentiful on the road. The restaurant is clean and tidy. Closes at 9pm. Booking is essential.

It’s food I guess

Service was good and order complete. However food was really disappointing, supermarket garlic bread and very average pizzas. If you’ve got an oven save yourself 50 euros by buying some pizzas from the supermarket. To be fair to them the other pizzeria is never open and eating out in Burgau is tricky. But they could definitely offer something more authentic and fresh.

If you come to Bugau make sure not to leave before having a perfect pizza at Casa Padaria. Along with traditional toppings there is an array of imaginative toppings ….. fig with walnuts and parma ham , or goats cheese & beetroot . Don’t miss the art on the back walls of this casa - recently done by a local artist out of Lagos. Not only are they producing some of the best pizza’s in the western Algarve , they are also growing 90% of all vegetables & fruit on their local farm .

Lovely food and fun, holiday atmosphere

We had a GREAT meal here including terrific pizzas, and a delicious farm-grown salad with creamy buratta. I ate a gluten-free pizza that was one of the best I’ve had in a long time. And our server, who is British and likely the owner, made us feel so welcome. 100 percent recommend!!!

Lovely pizzas!

My family and I visited Casa Padaria Pizzeria a couple of nights ago and had a lovely warm welcome. We enjoyed a starter of figs stuffed with goats cheese, wrapped in prosciutto and a generous fresh side salad. All four of us opted for pizzas. There is an amazing choice of pizzas, we had a tuna and sweetcorn, spicy meat, and the absolute bests ones were a Gorgonzola, walnut and pear pizza and a Gorgonzola, walnut and prosciutto pizza. For desert we enjoyed a homemade lemon cheesecake which was absolutely divine! and a warm apple crumble with ice cream which was also lovely.

Excellent service & delicious Pizzas

Very nice location. We were welcomed very warmly and enjoyed the cosy atmosphere. The young waiter and charming managing lady were very attentive and friendly. Pizzas very delicious, also house wine and home made dessert. Nice place which is worth to be visited, our recommendation, many thanks.

We come here very often and love Ben’s pizzas! It’s always a good meal when we eat here. Me and my wife had the homegrown tomatoes- tomato soup. My parents had the fig salad and we all had a pizza for main, my mother being the only lightweight having a regular and not a large like all of us. We had apple pie and chocolate mousse for dessert and all had drinks and the bill came to €144.00 not bad at all.

Quick friendly service

The bbq rib starters were finger licking good & we could of happily just eaten that all night. The pizza's didn't disappoint either. The floral flavour Spanish gin was a delightful & refreshing drink which was recommended by the host/owner. Very clean bathrooms & restaurant, only negative thing was the little stools/chairs were not the comfiest to sit on through our meal

Great Pizzas and the staff were awesome x

Managed to book a table for 7 at short notice and the owner and staff greeted us with a smile, all very hospitable. The pizzas are highly recommended and they have a great selection. Even the gluten free pizza was fabulous. There was way too much food so the staff boxed up the leftovers for us. Genuinely the food and staff are great 😊😊😘

Great tasting pizza

Not the first time we've eaten here, 4 years ago we were last here and just like then 2 visits in the week. A mixture of garlic baguettes and pizza bread, and a host of different pizzas along with brownies, cheesecake and chocolate fondue with fruit to dip is a winner with the kids. Great friendly service always, and if you can't get a table they do takeaway as well!

Delicious pizza

Service was friendly and fast. Food was very tasty and prices are good. Children were satisfied too. Really really delicious pizza here. And they are doing two sizes of pizza - 22cm and 30cm. 22cm is perfect for ladies or kids.

Wonderful service, friendly and quality food.

Family event for my son’s 11th birthday. We booked in advance and were greeted and seated on time. Juliet and her team were wonderful and the table even had some birthday bits like a banner and table decoration which was lovely as it was not expected. A good selection of drinks and the pizza menu is vast with options for make your own. My niece has a dairy intolerance and they had gluten and vegan options. For dessert my son had a brownie and it even came with a candle and a song. Thank you Juliet and Ben and all the team for a lovely experience. We will be back.

Amazing food with kind and thoughtful staff

We enjoyed two meals and takeaway in June 2024. Lovely food prepared with home grown produce. We really appreciated the kindness and thoughtfulness of the staff who accommodated us on a single table that is outdoors due to special needs of a family member . The food was gorgeous but above that the staff made it very special night
