We had breakfast here every day that we were in Bali. They have good coffee, nice smoothies, and many healthy options for breakfast. They offer gluten free toast, as well as almond/soy milk. It’s a relaxed setting and also family friendly. Would definitely recommend!

Nice little spot for breakfast if in the area. Great coffee and superb, fresh and healthy menu options. Located right next door is a children’s daycare which our kids loved so much they never wanted to leave.

I was recommended to this place, the food is delicious and the management's service is good, friendly and the English is very, very good, whereas in Bali after visiting several restaurants, there is no manager whose English is as good as this, and I like the service, I will recommend it to friends- my friend to come to this restaurant and looking for a manager named Dennis, I will visit this place again

I went there a few times for lunch and to work a bit and I am overall disappointed. The food is tasty and healthy, the meals come in fine portions and the place looks quite nice. Yet the service is very slow and my order got forgotten a couple of times. For example, this morning I wanted to try brunch and I ordered an iced black coffee, a smoothie bowl and a slice of banana bread. I received a hot coffee instead of an iced one and I never saw the banana bread. I didn't ask again because I was disappointed and felt like leaving. Also, the prices are a bit expensive and the wifi is very slow. I'd recommend for a meal with friends if you've got all your time but not for much else. I don't like or want to drag down a place but I've tried a few times and was disappointed too often.

I always enjoy the food at Sprout but am so disappointed to see that they’re still using plastic cups & lids for takeaway smoothies. Just so unnecessary — please switch to paper cups and biodegradable lids.

Comfortable seats, enjoyable music, decent WiFi connection. Enjoyed the coffee and tea menu, and also their lemon tart! You can purchase eco-friendly products here, too (reusable straws, toothpaste tablets, etc.).

Honestly this place was the worst place I have visited in Bali. The interior and wifi are the only good points. There was no service at all. I had to go up to order, I sat with my dirty plates for ages and had to go up to pay. I ordered a masala chai with coconut milk. It looked fancy and looked like it had spices in it but the taste was just over brewed, overly strong black tea. Couldn't taste any of the spice blend at all. I couldn't even drink it. I also had the gluten free chickpea hash browns. They were severely over cooked and absolutely flavourless. The chutney that accompanied it again looked great but tasted of absolutely nothing. Almost completely inedible just like the drink. When I told the waitress it was terrible she ignored me so I also told the cashier and also go next to no response. With so many beautiful cafes around the area with great food I would avoid this place completely

This unassuming cafe has a lovely chilled vibe (even with the kids) and great service.
The soy latte was the best we had in Bali. Loved the granola with the sour passionfruit.

Delicious food at an affordable price is hard to find in Bali. Usually it’s one of the other. But Sprout gives you both and much much more. This is an amazing little cafe. Best food I had on my last trip to Bali. The ambience is also excellent and the service is exceptional. If you are in Canggu (and even if you’re not), make the journey in and check out Sprout
