The Gallo pinto recipe here was by far the most flavorful we had all week!! We came for the coffee shakes, left with full bellies and smiles.

The vegetarian omelet I had there is the best omelet I’ve ever had! The three of us had a wonderful Tico breakfast :)
Stopped here for lunch, it didn't disappoint. Both our meals (wrap and the dish of the day) we're so tasty and full of flavour. All at a great price. The staff are lovely too.
Overall Experience • 7/10 Was a great place to go to for a quick bite. Cheap prices and good food to fill you up. Quick and friendly service, small restaurant so just the one waitress serving us was always welcoming. It is located in the...pretty much by the centre of La Fortuna so just a short walk from most accommodation and the La Fortuna square. Generally a chilled out place, nothing too fancy, semi-outdoors and overall, a very comfortable place for a quick and cheap meal.More
My favorite gallo pinto of my trip. Delicious, authentic food! The main picture for the business on here is not the location I went to so I'm not sure if there are multiple locations. I visited the one off of 142 by the chicken place.
Small place serving freshly made hot and cold drinks at affordable prices. Friendly service and perfect for a break.
Love it here. Smoothies were delicious! I loved my vegetarian choice and I am not vegetarian! It just looked so tasty so I ordered it! Excellent lunch!
We loved the chicken chalupas...they were so juicy and had great flavor. It had a green avocado sauce and overall one of the best things we ate in Costa Rica. The food was a good price too.
To drink we can advise the Apple banana and mint To eat, you cannot go wrong with : Chalupas beef!!!
We had dinner here and then came back for breakfast the next day. Everything on the menu is such a reasonable price, and all extremely tasty. Good choice of local food. The waitress was very friendly too. Would definitely recommend! 😊
This place is a little streetside cafe so it's very casual. The coffee drinks rival the best of Starbucks and the food was good too. Not expensive, great for any age group. We recommend it.
Stopped by for late lunch, we were only patrons. Food was good, not spectacular but for price point decent. I had an iced mocha. It good but for an absolutley great coffee there are other establishments that are better. Id recommend this for sure. The...service was excellent which would be expected since we were only patrons.More
We ordered the specials- beed quesadillas and chicken wraps. The portions were generous and the food was really tasty. We also ordered a milkshake which was delicious. We had friendly server, there’s also great prices ! I would definitely come back here.
Good price good food. First time to La Fortuna and glad we stopped to eat, drink the coffee and shakes.
Stopped by whilst waiting for a Bogarin trial tour. We had some lovely fresh juices, with some delicious home made local Costa Rican food. Cafe opens on to the main road and so plenty of opportunity to watch the world go by.
