Tripadvisor’s approach to reviews
Before posting, each Tripadvisor review goes through an automated tracking system, which collects information, answering the following questions: how, what, where and when. If the system detects something that potentially contradicts our community guidelines, the review is not published.
When the system detects a problem, a review may be automatically rejected, sent to the reviewer for validation, or manually reviewed by our team of content specialists, who work 24/7 to maintain the quality of the reviews on our site.
Our team checks each review posted on the site disputed by our community as not meeting our community guidelines.

Excellent food of pizza, burgers and I super love the Montaray Chicken! Stella, the owner of Baka Blues is a very welcoming person and so is the entire staff. Stella has a lovely Rottweiler who is such a sweetheart too! The cafe has an eclectic...atmosphere suitable for family or groups of people! The lotus pond in front of the cafe adds a special touch too! If you are holidaying at Pacific Harbour, I highly recommend that you dine at Baka Blues instead of the resort at least once!More

Great food spot in Pacific Harbour. The area’s pretty quiet and doesn’t have many options for eating out but Baka Blues Cafe is a great option. The food is generously portioned and pretty tasty. The atmosphere is lively, with fantastic design and blues music. The...owner Stella is a lovely woman, and although food service isn’t the fastest due to short staff, they’re very friendly and work as fast as they can. We didn’t mind the wait with nice views.More

Great night at Stella's restaurant 'Baka Blues'. Good music, good food, good service. Right next to the big lily pond at the Pacific Harbour Cultural Centre. Plus we had the company of her two cats - Captain Jack Sparrow and Tiger. Captain Jack loved getting...some of my steak! Our group of 6 had the chilli and beans ( chilli con carne), mahi mahi, salads, and my huge t-bone steak. We also played her big Jenga game next to our table and had fun while we were drinking wine pre dinner. Stella is a great hostess. Really recommend this to anyone coming to Pacific Harbour Fiji!More

Great to see Stella back in action and the nighttime ambience sitting outside was a delight. The food was fine, and the ribs were as of old. The staff were friendly and did a good job when the power went off. The house shiraz was...served chilled which was probably a good idea as it is definitely a house wine. We all had a good time and will be backMore

I never expected to run across a Blues Cafe in Fiji, but fhere it was. With a great selection of Blues classics playing in the background we enjoyed some tasty BBQ. The owner of Baka Blues Cafe wanted to share her love of Blues with...the people of Fiji and also give tourists a taste of home. I ordered a rack of St. Louise style pork ribs and they were very tasty, with a tangy BBQ sauce. The staff was very friendly and the owner was on premises and was speaking with each table. Her love of Blues and food was infectious. I know understand why this is the #1 restaurant in Pacific Harbour.More

Pacific harbour is a quiet spot, especially as Fiji is awakening after the pandemic. Baka Blues is tucked away from the road and has only just reopened, but was really welcoming and has a comfortable atmosphere, with great music. We had a good pizza with...sides and drinks for a really reasonable price. The owner and staff were charming and we really enjoyed our meal. Definitely a great place to visit for anyone staying nearby. It should be really buzzing again soon!More
