Tripadvisor’s approach to reviews
Before posting, each Tripadvisor review goes through an automated tracking system, which collects information, answering the following questions: how, what, where and when. If the system detects something that potentially contradicts our community guidelines, the review is not published.
When the system detects a problem, a review may be automatically rejected, sent to the reviewer for validation, or manually reviewed by our team of content specialists, who work 24/7 to maintain the quality of the reviews on our site.
Our team checks each review posted on the site disputed by our community as not meeting our community guidelines.

Delicious food, vegan options set alongside a lovely waterlily pond. We ate here 3x in our long weekend stay, the food is well seasoned and portions are generous. Meal and drink prices are reasonable and owner is very friendly and accomodating. We would definitely recommend...the oasis special curry we had the vegan option and our friend had the fish one which he wad also very impressed with. There are plenty of western options too the spicy vege pasta and fried rice dishes were also very good. If you visit pacific harbour definitely drop by for some food.More

Most menu items are Hotel priced in a not to pretty looking resto. But the Chicken Sweet Corn and Chicken Burger were both good and decently priced, appreciate the fact they use a chicken fillet for the burger istead of a patty. The server didnt...even mention they had a blackboard burger special for a cheaper price that i noticed walking out, i wouldnt know if it was the same burger and i got charged extra. Go to Skinny Bean Cafe next door their prices are more reasonable.More

Restaurant goers are strongly cautioned if they are thinking of going to this restaurant as they have perfect recipe to ruin fine dining experience due to following reasons: 1. Poor customer service - staffs not attentive, make faces, hardly apologetic & racist. Meals take ages to...reach you. Unfortunately by then your appetite is lost. 2. Unhygienic environment(mouse were spotted several times). Wonder how frequently pest control is done🤔. 3. Overly priced menu with small portions. 4. Taste of food only average. It does not feel nice to pay so much and get the above pointers as extras!!! I hope the management takes some serious steps to rectify the above matter. Will never ever go back to this restaurant again and neither would recommend to anyone to go there!!☹️👎More

Pathetic service provided by oasis.they had only 1 waitress and 1 waiter and 1 cook on a busy Saturday night.told us food will take 45 minutes and the entree will take 20minutes both took one n half hours.they were also racist.served 2 tourist couples before...us.we had to ask for water few times and had to get up from table and go to them each time as they started ignoring us.food was ordered at 7.50 PM and finally we started eating entree at 9.15pm with no plates given to us.when I inquired about the mains, the waiter said he had told me that the food will take 45mins to an hour..lol.instead of being apologetic, they showed so much attitude.the owner or supervisor was at the counter listening but he didn't apologize.there was some left over food which we asked the waitress to pack and she started making faces.also there were rats spotted on the bar ceiling.one fo the worst restaurants to go to,especially for us locals who want to enjoy a good meals.very poor service provided and we had a very disappointing dinner. Oh..n the waitress wished us a goodnight when we left.More

I live in Suva but spending a few days at Pacific Harbour and decided to go to the Oasis for curry as we hadn’t been there for quite a while and on previous visits the curry had been very good. When we entered last night...there were a couple of tables occupied but noticed how loud the music was and headed to the table as far away from the bar area as possible. The male server could see the expressions on our face and asked if we’d like the music turned down, to which we agreed. We then proceeded to order chicken curries for my husband and I and our friend ordered the beef curry. After ordering we realised we had made a mistake as the loud drunken cackle coming from the bar area had been masked a little by the loud music. We noticed the other diners quickly ate and left. Then our food arrived and looked appetizing and we were very hungry. We were given on a plate, a bowl of curry, dhal, 2 rotis rice and 2 poppadums. Placed on the table were chilli sauce, pickle, and tamarind chutney. What a disappointment when we tasted it. It was bland and wishy washy. The beef did have a little more flavor than the chicken but luckily the tamarind chutney made it edible. We ate 2/3rds of it as we were very hungry and the noise continued throughout. We told the male server of our dissatisfaction and how it was one of our worst dining experience and he kept apologizing but still charged the $23 per meal, and suggested we complain directly to management as they get lots of complaints and management need to know. Hopefully the owner will read this as this establishment has really deteriorated since my last glowing review of this restaurant. Needless to say we won’t be rushing back.More

Had dinner here last night and the waitress was as lovely as ever. I had the baby back ribs which were full of flavour, son had the spicy ginger squid and hubby had the pork chops with mash. All very full plates and the beer...glass was frosted which you dont get often. Would go again as the menu is all day.More

We ordered the Fish and chips, as well as a Chicken Burger. The fried fish fillet was not bad, but the fries were pale and unsalted though. The chicken burger was OK, but a bit dry. We sat outdoors, which was nice to enjoy the...cooling evening air with a glass of Fijian beer.More

At here twice while staying ate the Nanuku resort. Get the curry: awesome value and comes with extras (e.g. dahl soup). Try and get the chili crab (depends on if crab can be sourced on the day) - a big mud crab that took ages...to get through. Alvin is a great and very friendly host.More

The staff were absolutely lovely and the food was amazing, the bad thing is we found about this place too late, the day before to come back, we waste our time and money tried very bad food around. All the food we ate here was...taste and we enjoyed every single bite. The prices were reasonable and the quality excellent!!!! The coffee also was really nice. We'll definitely come back here.More

I went there a couple of times during my stay at pacific harbour. The staff is really nice and welcoming and the food is reasonably priced. Also they are not on Fiji time to serve the food which is always a plus! The fish burger...would require a bit of sauce in it but you can see that the fish is freshly cooked - for the price I paid though it was not a big deal. Also their ice coffee is DELICIOUS !More
