The tag "The best cuisine in town" stands out to be the perfectly explained quote. Honestly saying, never had anything so superlatively presented in a 10.5 inch plate. I loved it 😍 thanks to chef Avick Chakraborty.

I was staying at Swissotel for more than month and was usually having breakfast and dinner at Swiss Cafe. And I enjoyed it every time - the staff is very friendly and caring while the food is simply amazing. Would definetely recommend and hope to visit again soon!

I visited the restaurant few days back. Overall the ambience was very good. The quality of food is worth remembering. The staffs in the coffee shop were very courteous and friendly. They took good care of us. We had been welcomed whole heartedly. Our evening was made by the superb services and amazing delicacies.

Kudos to this particular hotel and restaurant for giving me the best services. Starting from the delectable buffet to amazing services this place took a special place in our heart. I would love to visit this place over and over again.

It is my third stay in swisotel. The restaurant is as usual very good. I am fond of their nonveg and south indian. the staffs indranil and tirthankar served me and taken care of me. they are well behaved

Amazing food from a variety of cuisines. The service is very good and the staff is always pleasant and helpful. Our waiter Tirthankar did an excellent job ensuring that we had a nice dinner. Would definitely visit again.

This is my favourite place at the moment. Perfect services, food and ambience. I loved the Murgh Makhanwala. The restaurant team along with the managers are very friendly. They made us feel at home. They suggested some amazing food and drinks and made the visit memorable for us. I would definitely visit again.

It has been my privilege to be here in SWISSOTEL.....AND ESPECIALLY THE CAFE SWISS....AND to see the SERVICE of ITS WONDERFUL TEAM...IN PARTICULAR Mr.ANKIT SINHA...and wish to visit this cafe swiss again and again...

On all my four days of stay in this hotel.....SWISS CAFE has been my abode from 3 am to 6 am....then breakfast....7am onwards .....

Its my all my time favourite place to visit. Be it in terms of food or service, the experience is unmatchable. The staffs are really polite and nice.

We celebrated the entrance of the New Year 2020 at Swissôtel in Kolkata. We were overwhelmed by the atmosphere all the way from disembarking from the taxi until we left the restaurant an hour after midnight. Food was superb - not presented in big quantities, but in platters with lots and lots of tasty delicacies all the time refreshed and reloaded. They even had my special favourite - smoked salmon! Only thing I missed was the roasted pork I tasted here some weeks ago.
Staff was without exception wonderful and extremly serviceminded also always responsive to our needs. For instance that bartender who came and wondered if something was wrong when I sat and contemplated over the year during the last moments of 2019. And Shreyosi - Your attitude and concern for us as guests - from our booking to our farewell at the taxi, we will long remember.
Behind all of this, we understand that there is a board of directors who knows how important the attitude of the staff is to make guests feel welcome.
