We stayed just for a night as a part of our staycation on 20th June. We loved every bit of our stay that was made extra special by the caring staff of The Park. The food was droolworthy and everyone took utmost care to maintain social distancing and other precautions. Must mention Srabasti's name who served us and made us feel at home.

Excellent South Indian authentic quality food. The chef Mrs.Vasanthi treated us with happy face and food was served with love and care. We felt like having food served by our mother.

I went for a dinner buffet at the bridge by the park, kolkata on 24th as well as 26th of october with my friends and family. The service i got there was extremely commendable and so was the person Dennis. He was so nice and polite and such a helpful guy,i couldn't wait to write a review about his service. I can truly acknowledge how service providers require people like Dennis. It was my sister's birthday on 24th October and i forgot to book a cake in advance,i requested him to arrange a cake for my sister. He actually went out of his way to arrange one for us.
I would definitely refer this place to my friends for the amazing service they provide.

Dined on 10th and 11th Feb 2021
On a business trip the team had lunch and dinner apart from the breakfast which was a part of our room booking.
For Dinner we had tomato basil soup, sorshe machh, kadhai murg, lasooni dal, mixed pulao, mud pie with ice cream and rosogolla
For Lunch we had butter paneer, mixed veg, tandoori roti, green salad, macher jhol, chicken kosha, steam rice, misti doi, gulab jamun
Tasty food overall. Service was very slow at the dinner but there was a definite improvement at the lunch time.
Overall satisfying and will recommend this place.

During our stay at The Park, had buffet breakfast at their inhouse restaurant called The Bridge. The restaurant has a refreshing ambience. The buffet breakfast had sufficient veg / non-veg and desert options including live counters. The staffs were courteous and responsive. Overall, a very good dining option.

Amazing food and service by The Bridge, The Park. Moushomi, our kind server was cordial to guide us and make us feel at home through and through. As we came for my mum's pre birthday celebration, she arranged a cake for her in no time.
The dishes ordered from kebab platter to Mutton Bidyani still lingers in our taste buds. A simple thank you wouldn't be enough

We were entertaining some friends at The Bridge. The hospitality of the staff and chef was absolutely outstanding. Chef Tinkoo went out of his way to serve up a fantastic Bengali thali that he put together at our special request. Clearly one of the best I have tasted.
Also worth a special mention are Latika, Anchal and John. Anchal was with us all the time and attended to every little detail, including suggesting what we should order.
I chose to stay at the Park because of old memories. It is totally worth it.

I am a typical Marwari and the breakfast spread at Bridge, The Park was typically my taste bud only.
Espically all the staff were very cooperative espically Mr. SOUVIK.
Looking forward to revisit the Hotel soon.

We decided to try buffet at The bridge to celebrate easter Sunday. It's a long time since we here again. The buffet item selection as well as the taste were wonderful.We are vegetarian & for us The salad counter,pizza & desserts were outstanding.The staff was very attentive & took care of even the slightest of things.All the staff were well groomed.The restaurant had a live singer who really mixed up the numbers & sang very well. We are very eager to come back here again due to their warm welcome & delicious food. All the staff were very dedicated but to name a few Pushan(Manager),Indranil,Souvik,Moushomi,Raja,Sumitra,Phurba,Koushik,Vasanti Madam(Amma),Chef Sayantan.

Exceptional dining experience. From the moment we walked in, we were greeted with warmth and professionalism by Sumitra and staffs. The ambiance was inviting, with a perfect balance of coziness and sophistication.

Pleasant ambience.flavourful dishes.Mocktail was up to the mark.
Service up to my expectations.
The service was done by Thresa and Rahul.Kaushik is as always welcoming towards us. Starters can be alterered little with respect to fish finger and chicken.Kebabs can be added.Prawn was tasty.Desserts was yum.
Its a must visit.

The spread was good, a lot of variety pan India. We liked the Almond croissants , cinnamon rolls, ordered the Ghee masala dosa and the pan cake both were good. Latika Teresa, Srijita, Aditi and Purva took good care of our needs. Lovely Service, Surely will visit again.

The experience at THE PARK is great and memorable. The staffs are humble and polite, received a memorable hospitality from a member- Mousumi and The food is luscious and apetitising. Overall it's an enjoyable experience.would like to visit again!

We loved the food here. Special mention to the fresh and fabulous green chutney and Indian breads. The dessert was spot on. Only one suggestion, the choices in Indian curries and graves are quite limited.
