I've been visiting this place regularly everytime I visit Anuradhapura- which is atleast 3-4 times a year. My biggest reason to visit ( among the super Biriyani lunch) is this lovely lady Damayanthi. She's helped me so many times to offer alms to monks at...a Monastry that we regularly visit. I call Damayanthi from Colombo a few days before and organise the alms/food. Generally would be tensed as the food must be ready at a particular time to be offered. Now my worries are gone as Damayanthi and her team has always made sure everything is ready to be picked up right at the time it's promised. The food is good. A few months ago before Covid issue noticed some flies around the bakery area however fortunately when I visited last week it was good once again. Thank you Damayanthi and the team for making it a welcome place to stop by for a fresh juice or a nice spicy meal.. or even some pastries and a piece of cake.More

We always stop at this restaurant every time we go to Sri Lanka and I have never been disappointed with the food. This place was recommended to us by our driver in 2018 and since then we always stop over before continuing our journey to...Jaffna. The portions are big and the price is reasonable. The atmosphere is relaxed and not noisy. Overall satisfied with the quality of the food and it is a busy place.More

This restaurant is absolutely worth visiting. Food is awesome, very clean, air-conditioning and cheap! It looks to good to be true, but it really is as good as the reviews. The masala dosa was amazing!

We had a meal here whilst staying in Anuradhapura. It had a great choice of dishes from Northern and Southern India, Sri Lanka and Mongolian. The prices are very reasonable. It does not serve alcoholic drinks but that doesn't matter because they serve the best...lassies I've ever tasted. The service is fast and efficient but it can be very busy as it is very popular with tourists and locals. I would highly recommend going here. Try the butter chicken and cheese stuffed nann bread. Absolutely delish.More

We got into Anuradhapura early enough that an Indian lunch sounded quite nice. Mango Mango offers Indian for dinner only. A much more meat-intensive affair is available for lunch. So we came back for dinner. Go early as we did because the restaurant had a...crowd waiting for a table by the time we left. Having said all of that, the food was really great. We ordered enough for dinner and breakfast the next morning. It was still good the next morning after a full night in a hotel mini-fridge. That says something.More

Not cheap; bad food. It’s the McDonalds of Sri Lanka. Locals told not to go & we did and we’re sorry - terrible food; sounds bounce off the tiles & so you can’t hear.....enough already!
