We ventured here for lunch when the power went out in the city! We were greeted with smiling faces and a wide variety of rice and curry. The dhal was amazing as were the other curries. Plenty for vegetarians and meat eaters. A little hard...to find - the sign is down low and cars/tuk tuks were in front of it. Look for the thatched roof! A real gem in Anuradhapura.More

WOW After 12 days traveling, not expecting much from this little place, we got a big slam in the face. By Far the best curry of our trip. 3 kinds of rice, 7 outstanding vegetables, pork, 2 fish and chicken. Very subtile and distinct tastes....Amazing to us.... And only 400 SLR per person.More

If you are looking for a decent lunch in Bufet style just go here , you will not be disappointed. They also have spoon and fork , don’t worry . They have around ten dishes that you can serve yourself from , half vegetarian half...meat . If it’s too spicy you can order a Jogurt with it . We paid 10€ for one child and 5 adults incl some soft drinks . Found it very very delicious and also lovely staff that spoke English !More
