We made a late lunch reservation and arrived on time and were seated where we chose however the waitress was slow to take our order and our steaks were eventually delivered 45 minutes after we placed our order. The fillet mignon was overcooked, dry and...missing any kind of deliciousness and the side dishes were very plain as well. One person (not the waitress) apologized for delay as she quickly passed by. What's interesting is that the place was not that busy at the time. Also, it seems like none of the kitchen staff really paid any attention to the quality of the dish served. Would I go there again? Maybe for a sandwich but for an expensive meal, probably not. The quality of the food and interaction with the staff was sorely lacking any care and courtesy.More

Second time to a Cooper’s Hawk restaurant and I was as happy this time as the last. I have the Asia. Salmon and I can’t say enough about how yummy it was. I would have gone back and gotten it on my second night, but...my business associate already had another restaurant planned. I will definitely be back though. Excellent food for a reasonable price.More

This place may be a magnet for wine tastings but as far as the food and service goes, just mediocre. And regular cocktails were overpriced. How about $27++ for a perfect Rob Roy? Wines were okay.

Visited Cooper’s Hawk after a few months (last visit wasn’t super) and asked for the main dining room. Seated at a nice booth with Azalya as our main hostess. She was very good and checked back with us. Asked if we wanted bread which is...very delicious served with a smooth butter. Ordered Moscato and waters (we asked for no ice but served full of ice). Appetizers pot stickers and drunken shrimp. Both very good. Main course churrasco steak with asparagus. Delicious. We ordered the pan roasted mahi mahi which was decent but not overwhelming (need more flavor for the curry sauce) No dessert. Good visit.More

Coopers Hawk is one of my favorite hangout spots, hands down! The food is amazing, the ambiance is upscale, the staff is friendly and efficient, I can't go there enough! Very well run, Piera and the management staff make sure all of your needs are...met, Olivia handles the bar area and is always graceful, knowledgable and sweet, the venue is always clean and well kept, the atmosephere is always upbeat and classy. Went on a double date with my sister, and had an amazing dinner. The sangria is phenomenal and the red wine is perfect. Great service by Tom our waiter.

Drunken shrimp were great. Salmon was fair. Shrimp scampi was good. Gold Rush wine was good. Overall, better than we expected--we had never been here before and were using a gift card. But we'll be back sometime.

My wife and I decided to have our anniversary dinner at Cooper's. We had intended to try this restaurant for some time and this was a good occasion. We certainly weren't disappointed! Beautiful facility and well staffed. Food was well prepared and in enormous portions....Best of all, our server, Satara, was a joy. She made us welcome immediately and went above and beyond answering our questions and responding to our needs. We will be back often.More
