Atmosphere, strong variety of food was great! Hosts were welcoming and served us well. Bread to start off with was delicious. Wine was great as well. Parking is a little tight but that's the whole Washington DC Area too my knowledge.

I placed an order for our team's lunch for over 20 people. The food was ready and hot waiting at the door. I missed one burger the owner say's no worries on us. This place looks expensive on the inside, but the meals are very...much so within budget.More
First time customers and we were blown away by the food. Absolutely fantastic. We ordered the grilled platter for two and everything was cooked perfectly and so delicious. The portions are generous - four people could have split the platter. We took our leftovers home...and feasted the next night. The service was friendly and prompt. The parking is a bit confusing the first time you go but once you realize where to park, it is not an issue. Highly recommend if you are in the area!More
Great food, great service and awesome Kurdish people. We love it there, definitely going back soon. BEST
Visited with family, and what a wonderful meal we had, we were new to Turkish menu, so we ask our waitress Dora, she made suggestions for our meal, and she was right on the money with her suggestions, the grill calamari, the platter of meats,...and all the desserts we ordered were amazing, the customer service provided by Dora was exceptional, do not hesitate to visit if you are in the area, worth every penny.More
My family of 5 had a spectacular meal today as we ate "inside" for the first time since Covid. The menu was filled with wonderful choices and we were all extremely pleased with each dish from appetizer to dessert. The service was excellent and everyone was...masked, so we felt very safe. We were all vaccinated so we could just focus on the food, the company and the ambiance. EVERYONE was friendly and accommodating. We will be back!!!More
This place is wonderful. I’m just going to highlight here. 1. Food is amazing. I have been here so many times that I have tried everything on the menu. It’s always been stellar. The grilled calamari and mousaka is especially good. 2. The people (staff/owners)....Omg so nice. It’s a pleasant experience - start to finish. 3. Drinks - the specialty drinks are good. The wines are fine and priced well. And the liquor pour is generous all around. This is a place you have to try.More
We two "senior citizens," careful about dining out due to COVID, discovered this excellent Turkish restaurant (pan-Balkan cuisine) through a web search. Both of us have worked in the region and found Yayla's food to be authentic and delicious. Yayla has a heated outdoor patio...so we could dine outside in comfort as recommended by medical experts during this COVID pandemic period. The patio tables were well spaced, our super waitress (courteous and friendly) was masked at all times, and the general impression of the indoor and outdoor space was of great cleanliness and comfort. The lamb shank I ordered was cooked to perfection and accompanied by a generous portion of cooked vegetables; my friend had the manti (dumplings) and they were excellent as well. Her green salad was topped by a truly delicious dressing. The desserts (rice pudding and an apricot mascarpone confection) were scrumptious and the Turkish red wine well priced and excellent. We would feel comfortable returning to Yayla's outdoor dining even during this pandemic period.More
This place is also providing delivery and take out but it’s food remain as tasty and as good as ever. We rider several dishes and all were good and the portion sizes were above average. If you live close this is a great option
Was looking forward to trying this place, but unfortunately was not pleasantly surprised. Would perhaps try it again if friends wanted to go, but would not go out of my way...
