My boss got it for the Christmas dinner last year. It lived up to the hype I have heard about. The brisket was the best

Despite being obsessed with brisket, I honestly didn’t think I would get a chance to try the famous Franklin Barbecue. I knew my husband didn’t want to spend one of his days off in line and I thought I would never make it early enough...More

All of the reviews were true. The food is delicious but you do have to wait even if it’s cold weather. Totally worth the wait.

The lines to order food are ridiculous, but they do move! It's funny three of us went together and we all chose a different favorite! They were Ribs, Brisket and sausage...the sides we had mac & cheese and slaw were average.

Okay, but I prefer Black’s. About same $$ and not that incredibly long line and Black ‘s has awesome beef ribs

I have waited the mandatory 2-3 hours in 100 degree heat and 27 degree cold and it was worth every minute. The star of the show is the brisket, which is a transformative experience. Before I moved to Texas, I have to admit, I just...More

Worth whatever you have to go thru to get in front of the meat cutter. I've tried it all and there are NO shortcuts. Bring an appetite.

No doubt Franklin's brisket is to die for, but is it worth the wait?? That depends if you're a connoisseur or just out for a good BBQ meal. If you are out for a good BBQ meal there are at least 100 other delicious BBQ...More

No they don’t. You have to stay in line usually because it’s so busy. I went on Tuesday afternoon and it took us an hour and half to get food. But it was totally worth it.
