Excellent ambiance, amazing Cajun chicken bites and filet mignon, wonderful service, and, of course, an exceptional old fashion.

Food was delicious! Yes we waited 30 min! Takes time to cook, prepare and package. Curbside pickup, hamburger on brioche bun, seasoned fries, chicken fried steak. Everything thing was perfectly cooked, still warm, and packaged perfectly! Thank you!!!!
I ordered my meal to go. Had to wait 30 minutes after I arrived (waiting 35 minutes after I ordered before even going to pick it up). I called in twice to make sure they hadn’t forgotten I was outside waiting. Both times I was...told it would be right out. When the server finally brought the food, he apologized for the delay and said it had been sitting in the kitchen because the hostess forgot to let the kitchen know I was there. The food was cold. The supervisor apologized and said she’d give me a refund against my credit card but never did. Really disappointed and won’t go to a Longhorn Steakhouse again.More
We haven't eaten in a restaurant since the beginning of the pandemic and didn't feel comfortable doing so while traveling. Ordering online was quick and easy and the meal was delivered to the car on time and was still hot when we returned to the...hotel. We shared chicken fried chicken with mashed potatoes and gravy, grilled Brussels sprouts, and a Caesar salad. All were tasty and we weren't able to finish it all. My husband also had a cup of seafood soup but thought it was shy of seafood. It was a satisfying meal and we would order it again except for the soup.More
Perhaps the stiff competition in the area helps keep them on their toes. Excellent food and service.
The place was quite full so we ate at the bar. Great food, good bar tender. Service was fast and it got us back on the road in no time.
My husband and I got there after a long day of driving and it was crowded so there was a wait. We could see dirty tables that could have been cleaned off but never were. After waiting 10 minutes another couple came in and got...a table before us. It was cold and we had to wear our coats the whole time, I noticed others had their coats on. They serve bread while you wait but we got salad first and then asked if we wanted it. Service was slow, several waiters and waitresses standing around, food was mediocre.More
Stopped on our way cross country. Service was super. Kathy and Madison took great care of us. Food delicious too.
LongHorn may be a chain but the Amarillo location continues to serve top notch steaks. We always share the huge porterhouse and have never had a bad piece of meat here. Tender, juicy and perfectly cooked, bloody rare just like we love. The porterhouse comes...with a Caesar dressed chopped salad and another side (try the lightly battered and fried whole baby okra...ummmmm). Add a couple more sides and there’s plenty to go around for two people. If you are looking for tourist hype in Amarillo, go to the Big Texan. If real beef is more important, the LongHorn is a great place.More
Once again we are on our way to Albuquerque to visit our daughter. We decided to eat dinner at Longhorn Steakhouse. It proved to be an excellent choice. We were greeted and seated right away. Our server, Hannah was great. She was very friendly and...very attentive to our needs. The manager also greeted us and was very nice. He was very attentive to the entire restaurant. Our food was excellent. Overall a very enjoyable meal.More
