Unusual name and no frog legs on the menu. Visiting area and name intrigued my interest. Ample off street parking and met by pleasant staff. Ordered Chicken meals including 2 vegetables, salad and rolls. Everything was good and plentiful. Our server Sara, provided great service.

My wife and I met her sister and husband for Sunday lunch. The food was great. The service was very good, better than it sometimes can be. My wife had the BBQ Chicken Breast dinner and I had the Lemon Pepper Chicken Breast Chicken Dinner....We both exclaimed that it was the most tender chicken either of us had ever had! It was amazing! The rest of the food was very good, as we expected! Overall we would rate the chicken 5 Stars and the rest of the meal 4 1/2 Stars! Service was good and what was expected for a busy Sunday afternoon.More

We have eaten here many times when we have stayed at Lake Murray, even before they moved to the Ardmore location. Always wonderful experience. Not this time. Ordered wine, fried pickles for appetizer, fettuccini with shrimp and Cajun catfish with two sides, vegetable of the...day which was black eye peas and green beans. Wine finally came and was good. “Salads” came out first and consisted of a handful of bagged iceberg lettuce and a lone grape tomato. The bitter chunks of lettuce had brown edges. Then finally the fried pickles which were supposed to be the appetizer arrived and they were very good. Fettuccini was good, large shrimp and lots of sauce. Cajun catfish fillets were just barely done and served on a cold white plate instead of flat iron as stated on menu. Looked like two slugs hidden beneath the two cafeteria style single serve bowls with the sides on the plate. Both the black eye peas and green beans were straight out of the can. 50 cents worth of vegetables I don’t even eat at home. This was our anniversary celebration dinner. What a disappointment! The patrons around us seem to really enjoy the burgers and fries covered with cheese. Guess I ordered the wrong thing although I had ordered it in the past and loved it. Things change so .....Adios! Two Frogs. Won’t be eating there again.More

In town for a playoff game (by the way, we won), we decided to get a bite to eat (to be safe we left early, then arrived too early). We checked TripAdvisor & Google and, after having internet issues, looked across the street and saw...2 Frogs (assuming it was a sports-bar-ish restaurant. Nope, BBQ with a dark ambiance. The parking lot was confusing and full - surprisingly, there wasn't any wait. We both ordered (chicken fingers with gravy, mashed potatoes & green beans and chicken sandwich with ham and fries) and then the had to wait. Although the restaurant wasn't full, the kitchen couldn't keep up. We actually considered leaving so we weren't late to the game (and get fast food), I'm glad we didn't. The sandwich was fantastic and had great flavor, the fries were solid, the chicken tenders were amazing as was the green beans and mashed potatoes. The food was amazing, the service was slow - they get a 5 and we'll assume we had bad luck.More

Not what you might expect AT ALL. We had lunch on a Thursday. You walk in and the walls and ceilings are painted blood red. Everything else is black and white like vampire goth except for the walls near the restroom, which are cheetah print....So much fun. Total rock and roll vibe with photos taken at concerts and guitars. Our server April was friendly. I ordered a grilled pork chop and was happy with it. Husband ordered catfish plate and it was so much food he couldn't finish it. Really glad we tried it. I even bought a hat.More

We were tired from traveling and fishing that day so we decided to order takeout from Two Frogs Grill. It was located next door to our holes so it was quick and convenient. Called it in and picked it up 15 minutes later. We ordered...the Baby Back Ribs (full rack) and a Chicken Fried Steak dinners. The ribs were awesome. I can smoke some awesome ribs myself but will concede that theirs are better than mine. These were fall off the bone tender and tasted very good without an overly strong smoke flavor. The sauce was served on the side which was good because I don't usually sauce my ribs. I sampled the sauce which was pretty good and had a pronounced chili powder flavor which is good , but it was a tad too sweet for our taste. The Chicken Fried Steak was very good, well crusted, not greasy and cut like butter. The plastic fork provided was all that I needed to cut every tasty bite. The gravy was nice and creamy but not overly heavy. We both had fried okra, french fries and coleslaw as the sides. While the fries would have been better eaten fresh at the restaurant, they were still pretty good as takeout fries go. The fried okra was crispy and the coleslaw was very tasty. We were very satisfied with our meal and would definitely give Two Frogs another try next time in Ardmore.More

We called ahead with a to go order but waited at least 15 minutes after the pick up time they gave us. None of the help wore masks. One of the servers had a boy friend who stood behind the counter visiting with her the...whole time. Very unprofessional. I definitely got the feeling management was not present that evening. Food was not that good. Chips were greasy.More

Decided to have a big lunch at this place. Wonderful service and good food. Do have the apple dumpling, but ask for just a small amount of sauce.

With a name Two Frogs Grill- I had to stop snd check it out!!! I could smell the ribs as we walked to the front door. I was so disappointed when our server said that ribs were not available on the lunch menu... then why...did hostess give is a lunch and dinner menu. So I proceed to search for something else- fried catfish sounded good.... oh no ... it was fillets- not my choice. I settled on the bbq chicken. Well, I think I should have made one more choice. Chicken was a grilled split breast with bbq sauce poured over it- not really tasty. The beans, hand cut fries, and rolls were delicious. My husband enjoyed the chicken fried steak, mashed potatoes, and okra. Service was good!!!More

I really don't know how frog legs are cooked. They don't serve them at Two Frogs, but there are many other delicious choices!
