Underwhelming experience I was expecting phenomenal Service and food quality but it failed to live up to standards and expectations. Yes, the view is magnificent but after all this is a restaurant and it should have weighed on that aspect. The interior design of the...restaurant could have been thought out better. Let us just say it was no Tokyo Chic. Servers needed to be more attentive and know the fundamentals of serving right to the tee.More

It was indeed my first time bringing my wife. We had the promotion of 5 course meal which was pretty decent. Good explanation by the staffs. They seated in an excellent seat facing 4 seasons hotel. For a memorable night, it was worth the price,...and the view is fantastic.More

It is great to come back to Nobu to have my lunch. I have been here multiple times and I feel happy with every meal that I have had here, they just don’t disappoint! Thank you Gopi, Alex, Juana and all of your team members...for the great service provided. Thank you too for taking some of the eleventh-hour’s special food order that I made. As always, food is delicious, service is excellent. Will be back again :)More

Pros - Great View - if you come early you can roam around and choose the best seats in the house ( oh u need to book early too) - Great customer service - very attentive waiters & waitress. One scenario where waiter accidentally dropped...my facemask that was placed on table he replaced it immediately. - Great sushi ( love the tuna belly sushi - otoro sushi) Cons - oh the price is @#@$ - the numbers of lift you need to get to this place - The crowd ( you will be surprised that there are so many people even in this pandemic Covid 19 economy... all the windows seat were taken at 6.30 pm on the day we went)More

Even in time of COVID-19 restrictions Nobu maintains highest standards of quality and service. All that said plus an amazing view of KL skyline makes it worth the price tag.

Was the 2nd time at the Nobu in KL and their food is really amazing. Also like that the service is professional and attentive, but not intrusive. Though it has its price, but it's worth it and I will definitely go there again.

This is our second Nobu that we’ve tried. The first one was in Melbourne, Australia. There’s enough reviews on Nobu, so we won’t repeat the same things already mentioned countless times on this review thread. Fundamentally there’s no doubt they have a standard service practice...in place. Servers were attentive, but not overly to a point where it becomes annoying. Very professional. I would like to note, Nobu KL is perhaps the most competitive in pricing of all the Nobu’s internationally. During this business visit, we had 5 of us in total dining. We had all the food we wanted, bottles of wine and cocktails. The bill was RM 4K. You will pay minimum twice the amount at any other Nobu in the world. So if you have not tried Nobu and curious to try, KL is the best place to give this a go.More

We ordered Omakase menu and we loved individual dishes. The ambiance was quite disappointing but it didn’t really matter. I would like to say a special thank you to Mani to look after my special request “no coriander”. He spoke to the chef to make...sure the chef washes the knife and the chopping board to prepare for my food. He also arranged a special dessert and a birthday treat for me. His recommendation for cocktails were fabulous, too. We will definitely come back soon.More

Took the advantage of Buy One Free One promotion and tried Nobu KL’s omakase set. We were disappointed. The sushi served was overly sour and it was overpowering to have so much vinegar in sushi rice. Other dishes were not impressive at all. Only thing...we enjoyed was the ala carte sashimi tacos unfortunately. I wanted to enjoy the Nobu experienced raved by many, but that will definitely be my first and last visit.More
