Tripadvisor’s approach to reviews
Before posting, each Tripadvisor review goes through an automated tracking system, which collects information, answering the following questions: how, what, where and when. If the system detects something that potentially contradicts our community guidelines, the review is not published.
When the system detects a problem, a review may be automatically rejected, sent to the reviewer for validation, or manually reviewed by our team of content specialists, who work 24/7 to maintain the quality of the reviews on our site.
Our team checks each review posted on the site disputed by our community as not meeting our community guidelines.

If someone had told me that there was a great vegetarian cafe in Central St Petersburg, I would have thought they were pulling my leg. On previous visits to Russia it has always been a struggle to find vegetarian food. But since we discovered this...cosy cafe on the bank of the Moyka Canal, just a short distance from the Hermitage and Russian Museum, problem solved. And as vegetarian/vegan cafes go, it's great. There is a varied menu of hot and cold dishes, and they really know about salads. One of the curiosities of Russian food outlets is that the menus give you the weight of each portion. My daughter (a strict vegan) would love to come here; can't wait to share it with her.More

That is really a great cafe with good range of vegan dishes at very reasonable prices. Just 5-10 min walking from the Hermitage. Very cheap business lunches (12.00-16.00) There is another one of this chain - Millionnaya street, the same distance from the museum.

I hit this cafe at midday and was not disappointed! All types of vegetarian salad options as well as delicious varenyi/dumpling choices( with potatoes, cherries, etc) and other tasty looking options such as stroganoff, salmon and toasts, etc.... order off the blackboard, grab a bottle...of still or sparkling water, a coffee, and then wait for your cafe style service to deliver your treats! Small dining room which is clearly a locals place!More

Nice little cafe with a fantastic daily menu of hot veggie meals, and an extensive salad bar. Food is delicious and fairly cheap. Opens late. Pleasant ambience and a good location. Highly recommended.

We were looking out for vegetarian food options in St. Petersburg, when the hotel where we stayed recommended Troitsky Most to us. The restaurant is located on Kronverkskiy Prospekt, from where Velikan Park Cinemas is visible just beyond the park. The closest metro station is...Gorkovskaya on line 2 (blue line). Their vegetarian fare was quite distinct. Food was simple, healthy and filling. The staff was friendly and helpful putting in all their efforts to communicate in English. Prices were reasonable.More

Healthy and tasty food, large menu, fast service, friendly staff, low prices and central location! If the weather is nice, you can sit outside and watch ships sailing over Moyka. Cafe is just a perfect place for a quick stop for a lunch, for a...dinner it's better to go to smth more posh/romantic. Just keep an mind that it's a vegetarian cafe and with a self-service, quite tiny, but cosyMore

We found the food very tasty and filling, and it is a convenient stopping point in the historical district. It does get quite crowded, but people don't stay long so worth waiting for a table. There was lots of choice, with very nice salads and...some pies and bread. We ate at lunchtime - it would not be so good for dinner. In fact we had looked in there one evening, and they had very little food left. We also ate at their other branch, but the food there was not good at all. This one probably caters more for tourists and so the flavours are stronger.More

After a long morning in the Heritage, our group wanted a simple, tasty, and quick lunch. Our guide took us to троицкий мост (Trinity Bridge), a vegetarian restaurant, which fit the bill exactly. We had food and drinks for a bit over ten dollars per...couple; it was clean and fast, and we were fueled up and on our way for more hours of exploration. It did help that our guide translated for us, but pointing-and-smiling would have gotten the job done, too!More

We were looking for somewhere for, lunch before going to the Peter and Paul fortress and walked out of the underground and found this place by accident really. We nearly didn't go in but are so glad we did. We had a really nice lunch with...two soups and shared a few vegetarian dishes. We read on trip advisor that it was on the website after we'd left and enjoyed it so much we thought we'd write a good review for it. We hadn't realised it was solely a vegetarian place - really pleasant surpriseMore

A convenient and easy stop for lunch or dinner. Vegetarian fare that you order at the counter. The woman behind the counter was friendly and tried to help, even though she spoke limited English. The bread was pretty old and crumbly, but we liked everything...else. A wide variety of salads, warm foods, and specials. Just carry your food to any table you want and settle in. There's old books on shelves to browse, and a couple of windows to the street.More

This is a vegetarian chain - we went to the one on Kamennoostrovsky Prospekt. They have an excellent salad bar charged by weight so you can sample as many as you like - and there's a good range of mayonnaise-based and non-mayonnaise based, some with...vegetables I didn't really see on other Russian menus (avocado, bean sprouts...). All were delicious.More
