Amazing architecture, and place with the beauty of the Maldives.
As a sushi lover, the menu was very limited. But the local fish was delicious.
Constructive criticism because I love the hotel.
Tables could be cleaned before we dined. : (
Because the pool is in the same area, it is a bit messy for lunch and dinner.
They should define schedules for those who just stay at the pool, which really disrupts the dinner atmosphere.
The most important thing as a hotel guest is not to let the sharks be fed. After all, there are a lot of people swimming and snorkeling right next door and that is super dangerous.
Anyway, the place is worth it!
Tips: Go in the late afternoon for a drink, watch the sunset and stay for dinner. Sofas are more comfortable for dining, despite some getting wet from those using the pool..

The location and architecture are stunning - truly exceptional- the bamboo structure complemented by the traditional Maldivian wooden slates truly evokes the spirit of the local manta ray. Service is exceptional, Alesa was so lovely and accommodating. Food was somewhat of a disappointment- we went for the Omikasse set meal and found the starter to be enough as a whole meal! Subsequent courses were lost in the tasting experience and frankly not vey Japanese - which was a surprise - overall the experience was exceptional but order individual plates not the set meals
