Perfect desert for us.We found it by accident but so happy we did.i would eat this daily. It s a must try in Istanbul!Very friendly guy who gave me to taste sweets and help me choose something to take back to my family🥰🙏

If you’re visiting Denizli, make sure to have tandır kebab at the old bazaar, which is open for lunch. Also, don’t miss Haci Serif for their “dondurmalı irmik helvası,” a light semolina dessert served with ice cream. It’s a unique and delightful experience that I highly recommend. Every time I visit, it’s a must-do for me!

Back in Denizli and headed straight for this place for our dessert ! Delicious icecream topped with traditional Turkish Helvesi & topped off with tahini and cinnamon! Heaven !

We came across this place by accident while walking back to our hotel. It was very busy and we didn't know what the commotion was all about so we went to take a look. A tall man who worked there was super friendly and tried to explain but we didn't know other than helva and ice cream. After reading up on it we discovered it's semolina with ice cream. We asked for a sample which he gave a gigantic sample and drizzled some tahini on it and we liked it so we bought a small size one for 5TL. He also brought us a wetnap and two plastic containers of water to drink. While we were eating he gave us two pieces of chocolate to try. Excellent service and super friendly.

Lovely little place, very local and with excellent (cheap) ice cream. The owners - a couple - are very nice and helpful, but keep in mind that their english isn’t that well

Found out about the place through Tripadvisor. Went there with my brother around 6:30 P.M. We were not sure what the place was known for and so tried to ask the people who were working there and they were able, even though they didn't speak much English, to point us to the semolina with icecream. We ordered medium sizes which were filling, for dessert. The semolina halva (top layer) was hot and tasty and the icecream (bottom layer) was just the right amount of sweetness and had perfect consistency; the two components complement each other well. This dessert is served with water. The staff were very welcoming and friendly and treated us to other sweets as well.

When you taste, you will find a good pair of "helva" and icecream. Additionally kinds of jams, sweets, chocolates etc.

Try "tahinli milkshake" and "dondurmali irmik helvasi". Especially irmik helvasi is the best desert that you can eat in denizli. Very very delicious and a very different experience for foreigners.

semolina halva w/ice cream ! i have a diet with no sugar but i tasted just a little. If you dont care the amount of sugar, butternut etc you must taste it.
I found sth for me in that place : Walnut Puree😍 PS: my husband told me that: "Honey i dont like healty food and this puree exactly isnt for people like me." But pls just taste a little bit. I m sure u ll love 🤗
