Warm welcome & Delicious Fish

Highly recommended a visit to this delightful Restaurant. I was staying nearby and each time I passed, the gentleman outside always had a warm greeting (not a hounding "eat here" attitude) - which is what eventually drew me in to eat... and I'm so pleased I did. My fish meal and fresh salad was delicious, so much so, I'll be returning again. 5*

Just come back from our first evening meal out in Antalya. We were very lucky in picking Grand Friends fish and steak restaurant. Both of us went for the set meal of fresh fish (sea bream or sea bass)caught that day, salad and a large glass of house wine.You could not ask for a better piece of fish.The meal was a total delight. Service was exemplary and the setting ( down a side street in the old town of Antalya) perfect for a quiet night out. We stayed for the dessert, try the Turkish sweet cheese offering. Sounds strange but tastes lovely. We are only staying for a few days and wanted to try different restaurants out, but may very likely return to this one. Do yourself a favour, visit the Grand Friends, you won't be disappointed.

Гастрономическое удовольствие получили на все 100%. Свежие море продукты просто таят во рту. Сервис на высшем уровне, а прекрасная музыка дополняет картину просто идеального вечера. Благодарим за атмосферу и приятные эмоции!!! Вернемся обязательно. We got 100% gastronomic pleasure. Fresh seafood just melts in your mouth. The service is top notch, and great music complements the picture of a simply perfect evening. Thank you for the atmosphere and pleasant emotions !!! We will definitely visit again.

The best service and tasty food you can get!

We had a lovely dinner here, the food was super tasty - we ordered different types of fishes and all of them were well prepared and so yummy! All the staff is super attentive and very friendly, it is visible that they love what they do and they put their heart to the service which is very hard to find :) our waiter Abdulah was super nice and we got so much attention. I can highly recommend to visit this Restaurant which has a perfect location. You would love it!!! Thank you again for the amazing dinner!

Did order a 280 gram medium-rare entrecôte that did cost 450 TL (really expensive). The steak was underseasonend, raw some places and other parts where we'll done with some strange squared slices into it. Vegetables where soggy and pepper sauce was just a blend brown sauce that was precooked and reheated therefore all jelly like. I ordered a simple gin tonic and got one packed with mint, and taste was thereafter, just crazy. Even dirty plates that staff had to go over after costumers made notice of it. The appetizer was good and red wine had a nice temperature. 1400₺+ for this experience? No thanks.

What a wonderful service and delicious food. When we called in to make a reservation, maitre d’hotel kindly made sure we were ok that appetizers took 25 min and main course - 45. Pleasant atmosphere, abundant portions and very courteous staff. Our group of 10 could not make a vote whether fish outcompeted meat or vice versus. Deserts, especially baklava, were just right.

Fish feast

We went after a referral from a friend and it was worth every minute. We took the jumbo fisherman plate (25 euro per person) and it was huge and delicious. Service was good . Its a hidden place but truly magical.

Made to feel special

Visited during on overnight stay in Antalya for our wedding anniversary. We chose the restaurant based on trip advisor reviews. When we arrived we almost didn’t stay. The restaurant is not in the prettiest location with a derelict old building opposite and wasn’t the most inviting aesthetically. However, what changed our minds was the welcome we received from the staff. We were assured we would have a lovely meal, and we did. We mentioned it was our anniversary and we were made to feel special, we were give a complementary desert, and a drink each on the house. Our meal was very tasty, service was fantastic and the price tag certainly beat a lot of other local restaurants.

Tucked away in a myriad of tiny streets but well worth searcning out.

We came across this lovely restaurant by pure accident as we were looking for a different one which we couldn't find, thanks Google Maps! Anyway we were glad that we did because there was an excellent and varied choice to pick from. Our meals were very good, reasonably priced and presented well by very friendly and welcoming staff. The restaurant is in an outside courtyard at the rear of a hotel and close to the road but it is a private gated road with very little traffic and because the streets are so tight there is no noise to interrupt the atmosphere. We would highly recommend this restaurant to anyone in the area but be warned there is a maze of streets and finding anywhere is tricky without help from maps.

We find this Restaurant in google as an good rated restaurant and came from Murat Paša extra to enjoy the food. The food was so good and tasty. We ordered some starters and salad. It was nice prepared on the plate and the salad sauce was very special and tasty. Good choise of turkisch wines. They have meat and fish (also other food). We ordered the fisherman plate. It was soooo good. And least but not last, the man (i think his name is Abdula) did very good service. He was very kind with our 5yo son and very did very good service. Must try in Antalya!

Highly recommend a visit to Grand Friends Fish And Steak Restaurant.

No pressure to enter, fantastic table service. The amenities were a very good standard. Friendly staff. The two course meal was the best meal we had eaten all week. I requested a main as a starter and altered away from the standard menu, this was done to perfection with the prawns and garlic with Chilli’s. The main meal lamb Shish came with superb fresh vegetables and mash potato. I can’t recommend a visit to this restaurant enough.

The name put us off as cheesy as we walked by, but we got past that and had a great meal.

There are many steak or fish specialist restaurants in area but this place advertises both. They produce some excellent dishes. The fish/ seafood platter was very good and included crab which was wonderful. The steaks came with vegetables and mashed potatoe instead of the usual chips and salad garnish. A surprise, but it was lovely. Proces seemed top end for this style of restaurant - particularly alcohol.

Superb! Delicious food

I found this lovely little restaurant, also recommended by a friend, to be hospitable, and a lovely feeling of ambiance. The service was perfect, not to intrusive, but friendly and attentive. The good amazing! I had the prawns done a sizzling hot plate with various spices, then next night I had the beautiful and delicious salmon . I highly recommend this lovely, historic restaurant ! I came with 11 friends on a Saturday night. We were tired after walking the Lycian Way. We were shown a menu and to be honest we should probably have left there and then because the prices were very high, twice as much as the lovely meal we had had at another nearby restaurant 4 days earlier. The food was good but not exceptional. The service was good, quick and efficient and the waiter very friendly. But it was difficult to understand why beer (50cl) was 120tl when almost everywhere else in the old town it was 75 or less…..and some of the wine we were offered was £50 a bottle. We chose the cheapest at £20. For a selection of 5 mezes (only ones available and small portions) and one main course we paid £45 a head. Ok a lot of spirits including raki was on the bill. The venue is conveniently situated and the decor good. So there is a lot positive to say for this restaurant. But maybe it is more suitable to teetotallers.
