Tripadvisor’s approach to reviews
Before posting, each Tripadvisor review goes through an automated tracking system, which collects information, answering the following questions: how, what, where and when. If the system detects something that potentially contradicts our community guidelines, the review is not published.
When the system detects a problem, a review may be automatically rejected, sent to the reviewer for validation, or manually reviewed by our team of content specialists, who work 24/7 to maintain the quality of the reviews on our site.
Our team checks each review posted on the site disputed by our community as not meeting our community guidelines.

I immediately fell in love with this small coffee shop, selling espresso based and manual brewed local coffee such as papua, mandailing, aceh gayo, etc.. marrying them with shelves of books on their mini library.. perfect! Do stop by and have a sip or read...a few books when visiting BogorMore

I knew this place on my way from Bogor station to the Grand Savero hotel, it looks interesting from outside as an old historical building. It turns out as D'palma hotel, and this Maraca Books & Coffee is located right next to the hotel. There...are seats outside and inside, and all of them are fully-seated. So that, I prefer to take away the "Ice Dark Mochaccino". While awaiting for the drink, I can smell the brewed coffee which is very authentic and strong. The Dark Mochaccino tasted very good of combined coffee and dark chocolate (I guess it from bitter taste, not very sweet). The price is affordable, if compared with imported coffee shop. The concept inside is, there are bookshelves showing hundreds of books. You can read any kinds of books freely, but I can say that most customers prefer to chat or browsing on their own. Overall, this place is worth to visit and I surely would come back to this place and try their signature coffee and food.More

Maraca divided into two spaces, one outside one inside. We prefer inside to enjoy the time and coffee. The place was good. Good books also. The music were nice but, the barista were too loud. They chat each other with hi voices. I dont think...its comfortable for the guests. Ok, I was try Cibulao coffee on V60 filter. It has a good taste and with a hint of a tea on it. Not bad.More
