It is a restaurant that maintains quality , good prices, speed, good care, variety, good preparations. The Hacienda salad stood out, has a good combination of greens, blue cheese, green apple, nuts and an exact dressing. It also highlighted silver juice with rustic puree, it was tasty, very white meat, good temperature and good portion. Rich heavenly for dessert. It is a spacious restaurant with large private parking. Good bathrooms, clean and well equipped.

We are from Australia, and Jose Luis was our waiter. HE WAS AWOSOME. We loved the food, ambience his guidance with our baby Spanish. Great place to come and experience the Chilean grill.
They even had space for our suit cases as we came straight from the airport.

Attended a dinner here on a recent business trip, and the atmosphere and the food were both amazing! The restaurant has a beautiful view of the river, and we were treated very well by the staff. I would highly recommend dinner here if you are in Concepción.

The Medicine graduation party was recently held in this location, which was chosen by vote, because it is characterized by its history where multiple graduation parties of our U have been held, it is elegant, and has a room with great lighting among others and that even on the same page it appears that "...our priority is to achieve the standard of quality of care and the level of gastronomy with which they met us" But for me and several attendees it left a lot to be desired. Rather, I was disappointed with the service provided by Hacienda Patagonia.
To start, when the quote was made, only a vegetarian menu option was sent, which includes vegan and celiac, how can that be possible? If they are different ways of eating, even mutually exclusive, it was also only a tentative menu, with few options, considering that there were 13 vegetarian attendees, in the middle of 2023 I consider that there should be more options, especially if the place is also characterized by its " gastronomy".
In the previous days, they asked what the menu would be and there was no answer, because if you pay for a minimum service to have all the information about it, in my opinion you would pay $90,000 to only receive a cocktail that consisted of 2 mini trays (one with skewers and another with empanadas), a poorly seasoned starter, and a “house dessert”, which was chopped and dried fruit, which seemed like a last-minute improvisation, I honestly find it degrading.
The initial quote did not include the decoration and this was informed 4 days before the event, which bothered me a lot, because they are not decisions that should be made ultimately, leaving several people's budgets.
On the tables there was only a simple sheet of paper that was folded just by looking at it, without a support or corresponding paper, nor were there any party favors.
Apparently I have not seen several of these "details" in other types of events.
I was simply disappointed, a night that should have been the culmination of an important stage was made bitter by these things. I hope to see more distinctive and inclusive options and menu in the near future.

We went to my family (3 people) and when we arrive we are informed that it was only by Reservation, which is not indicated on the page. At the reception who received us said that there was a couple missing, however we could not enter as the kitchen had a “limit”. In the living room, which is quite spacious, there were several empty tables. Too bad we can't taste the food, but we definitely won't be back. A little flexibility and empathy would be appreciated.

The best thing about this meal was the Diet Coke
I’ve never ever been served such c*ap food in all my life it was like literally left overs all at different temperatures the mixed grill where the black pudding was spread and smeared in the wooden dish it was served
Beyond words the waitress needed training and I think due to her attire she was off to the gym Shane in that manager !!

We had a most delicious and interesting dinner at Hacienda Patagonia. The staff was a little slow but very cordial and professional, the food and wine were excellent. We tried the Salad Chicken Caesar, Rib Eye Steak and traditional spit roasted lamb. All were well liked and portions more than we could eat! I would readily take family or entertain business guests here.

Lovely experience of ambiance, food and service. Large portion but in a big group timing of courses can going astray a little. Nevertheless, definitely worth a second visit. Absolutely for meat lovers, good wine and good beer. Olé.

This restaurant is huge, nicely located and perfectly suitable for any event. I had the nice chance to be taken there and the food is really amazing as the service and the view are as well. It is a bit outside the city, so it is recommendable to drive there or take a taxi, but it is absolutely worth-while!

I was invited by friends to have lunch at this restaurant on a Sunday that it is the buffet day. In one word. AMAZING, starting with the location, the service and the Food. I will recommend this place to everybody that wants to enjoy a lunch in a nice place. For sure one (if it is not) of the best restaurants of Concepcion.

Located at the river border, Hacienda Patagonia is quite a nice restaurant, and a true option to go in Concepcion.
Prices are a little high for the area, but compared with other cities are ok. Price quality relation is also good enough.
The parking space is great, service is not spectacular and you may have to wait for a waiter to take your order.
The environment is nice, ask for a river view to make it spectacular.

We had the Sunday buffet and it was great! Meat grilled to order, huge salad, vegetable, and dessert bar. We had beef, pork and lamb - as much as you can eat. Service was very good for a buffet. Nice views at the back of the restaurant.
When we return to Chile, we will be going back.

Here the specialty is meat, you can find different types such as lamb, pork, beef and some fish. It is not cheap at all but the view from the restaurant is beautiful.
