While restaurants in JBR have a stereotype of being good but expensive, rarely you can find a gem like Noodle House which serves mouth-watering Asian goodness at very affordable prices. Our experience was topnotch especially that Irene gave us a very personalized, customer-focused service. We are delighted and definitely coming back hungry for more.

Newest offer of unlimited Dim Sum selections hits all the right places of your palate not to mention at a super affordable price (a limited offer for October). Love how creatively the drinks are served in cute buckets, glasses or bowls and super tasty . . . my all so favourite lemon cooler and now some new mixes like singapore sling which had just the right amount of sweet and tang. Place was perfectly handled during these extra cautious times with distance and hand sanitizer. Why its not a 5 bubble review is the lack of geniune service and engagement. This could have been better especially as not so busy no excitment in encourage or going through other must trys or attempt to solicit feedback on food quality.

We reside in Sadaf and how happy we were when found out that we got Noodle House just next door. We come here every week, we are always recognized and welcome. I try to avoid going to restaurants before the last order but sometimes you jus get hungry or come back late from work and crave some good food, so the staff of Noodle House never say no, each and everyone of them is exceptional and hospitable, however we have people (April, Daniel, Richmond and Sarah) whom we met upon our first visit and who still take care of my girlfriend and I when we come to eat come, they are our favorite people there, I think they favor us too. :) P.S. The best dishes are on the pictures attached

We like Noodle House - they make a decent Singapore fried noodle and laksa. Our last visit to the Noodle House at JBR with the family last week was however disappointing. My son ordered Beef Soba which was described as ‘soba noodles, miso duck broth, grilled beef, shiitake mushroom and watercress’. When the noodles arrived, it was clearly not soba - we are from Asia and we know what soba is. But clearly the restaurant does not. Because the noodles served was flat rice vermicelli (otherwise called kway teow or hor-fun in Singapore). When we checked with the waiter, he said in Noodle House, this is their ‘version’ of the soba. I am confused...??!!! They should change the name of the dish and don’t describe it as soba if they intend to serve the flat rice vermicelli! Unless the chef of the day got it wrong... Perhaps Noodle House can explain...

The food was very tasty, we waited for only 10 minutes to eat. Drinks are good as well, very fresh. The waiter Irene has been very kind since she reminded us about the 25% discount on the total price (for the first visit), we didn't even know about!

Best place to go if you are craving for some authentic Thai Cuisine. Definitely a must try because of: 1. Laksa Curry Ramen 10/10 2. Peking Duck 10/10 3. Ambiance and location - they have seating place outside with a nice view 4. Clean and sanitized place 5. Customer service - all staff are friendly and accommodating specially Irene who served us. She was very patient with us going through the menu and suggested what may be suitable for our taste. She is the perfect example of a great service and must be commended. Kudos Irene!

This is probably my 6th visit to the same branch of The Noodle House. My 2nd to 5th visits were mostly good, with the majority of dishes I tried being great but some dishes were less than ideal. I’ll list some of the dishes I tried here. Chinese Dan Dan noodles are in fact not authentic at all. Nothing about the dish resembles a proper bowl of dan dan noodles. Mango sticky rice is served with plain coconut cream: it looks terrible on the plate. Second time I tried duck gyoza, there was a significant amount of grease dripping down the side of the plate. Singapore noodles was great. Shoyu ramen was equally good. Takoyaki was rather bad and tasted way too sweet. But I’m really trying talk about this visit today, the 6th time. Korean bbq chicken was great. Seasoning was on point. But the pad see ew I had tasted tremendously different from my first visit. It was bad. I did ask for it to be spicy when the waiter asked, but I excepted it to come tasting similar as the first time with an additional kick coming from chopped chili or at the very least chili powder. But for some reason, this spicy pad see ew came with a completely different sauce. A sauce that’s clearly not supposed to be served for pad see ew. A sauce which was more sweet than spicy, and the amount of sauce of copiously excessive. It tasted like a poorly made pad Thai. There was barely any savoury in the noodles. All I could taste was sweetness and a very minor amount of spice. Couldn’t finish it. I ate about a quarter of the noodles and gave up. Now, I’ll give the restaurant the benefit of the doubt and say that maybe the Korean bbq chicken affected my taste buds a little bit. So I won’t give a 2-star for this experience, but rather a 3. But let’s say the lack of consistency is there.

During my few days in Dubai I visited the JBR of an evening and opted to have dinner at 'The Noodle House' as I love Asian food. I sat outside which was pleasant as a great place to people watch and supercar spot while you dine. I ordered the Half Duck and the Pad See Eww noodles. The duck was not as expected in as much as it was not shredded as you would normally get with a Crispy Duck in an Asian restaurant. Instead it was in portions which were not at all tender or easy to get off the bone to put in the pancakes. I would say the Duck was average at very best, and maybe even poor. The noodles however were amazing. I often eat Pad See Eww at Thai restaurants and this dish at The Noodle House JBR was excellent. Service was relaxed and friendly and prices were okay with the Duck costing AED116 and the Noodles AED62 I would visit again for the Pad See Eww.

We were staying nearby and had walked past several times and decided to try. We tried the Korean Fried Chicken, Caramelised beef noodles and the Octopus and potato skewers. All dishes were amazing and the person serving us was Amelly and she was super efficient and very friendly. We’ll definitely be returning and the use of the Repeat App is highly recommended as we received a whopping 25% discount, WoW that was great too!!

We recently had a meal at The Noodle House JBR. We were very pleased with our host Yeddah who was very upbeat and was an expert in answering all our questions about the menu! She is an asset to this restaurant and is very focussed on giving her guests a pleasurable evening. Would return in a heartbeat. And yes, the food is great too!

We love The Noodle house!!!! They always have an amazing food and great service with sustainability touch to it (no plastic during dining in). Food is great quality and taste, with options with meat and vegetarian. People here are super nice and kind, it’s always a pleasure to come back! Louie and his crew made us feel so great that this restaurant became our “home kitchen” and we come back at least once a week!

Well, first visit to Noodle house and here we go! Fantastic location on the Walk behind Hilton, amazing design. First thing which come to your eyesight is natural plants with heavy furniture. The entire second floor is separated for washroom with 2 fantastic sinks, which were unfortunately dirty and some staff uniforms were around. And yes, this is JBR: unfortunately the service is poor as never in Dubai due to the amount of customers. When we entered hostess was staying at the entrance and doing something with the screen, when we greet her she replied but didn’t even look at us , probably she had more important things to do. When we asked her till what time the kitchen is working, she said that the kitchen is still working 😀😀 And we asked her if we can go and choose by ourselves and she kindly confirmed. At that moment normal people should go home but not us. We came for pictures and experience. The restaurant is quite small in terms of tables amount and 3 of them were occupied by staplers, sanitisers, uniform. We chose a table with one menu and 2 iPads were laying on it. In a few minutes nobody visited us so we started to look at the team. Till the end of the visit nobody came to us to check how it’s going on and nobody even looked at us, so we can avoid Dubai style :” excuse me” in the middle of the restaurant. Waiter unpleasantly came without any:”Hello” and no recommendations, and when we informed her about our order-we received:”Hm hm”. Our order was edamame and duck for starters, unfortunately they came separately. The food was well presented, good portion and good flavours, except edamame were dry for me. Then we ordered one ramen and one tom yum. And the portions of them as well were very huge, you should consider option to share. Tom yum was delicious without any pieces of lemongrass or galangal on it, which were removed in advance not to spoil experience of the dish. However Ramen broth was very light, not hot and was lacking seasoning. The iced teas were bell presented in a large glasses. And in general everything was still ok, until they started at 11:00 to do deep cleaning of the floor and kitchen so the entire food experience was spoiled by strong smells of chemicals and alcohol desinfector which the team genuinely used to remind us that we need to go home, even though the restaurant is working till 12. So no food photo for today. In general I would recommend to visit due price & quality combination, but definitely not the JBR branch.

Truely authentic Asian Street Food, prepared in an open kitchen. Very friendly staff, Bishwash was in charge of looking after us this evening, as he was great in recommending our choice of food and very attentive. Excellent taste and quality of food, we can really recommend this place for great Asian food at very reasonable prices.

The Marina
It’s hard to believe that only a decade ago there was no marina. Opened in 2003, the man-made marina runs along a 3km stretch of shoreline. A heady mix of luxurious hotels, apartment buildings, and cafes, the marina hosts regular community events and markets, and is a wonderful place to while away an afternoon or evening. Spectacular at night when the skyscrapers glisten, here you can enjoy dinner on the beach next to the sea, or visit a high-rise bar in a hotel for a magnificent view across the Gulf and the man-made Palm Island, with the world-famous Atlantis Hotel at its end. The Walk at Jumeirah beach Residences is a pedestrianized stretch leading to a new development: The Beach. It’s one of the few places where Gulf nationals mix with tourists and Western ex-pats. It’s a popular place to show off your supercar for an evening, so watch out for Lamborghinis, Maseratis, and Ferraris in abundance.
