Tripadvisor’s approach to reviews
Before posting, each Tripadvisor review goes through an automated tracking system, which collects information, answering the following questions: how, what, where and when. If the system detects something that potentially contradicts our community guidelines, the review is not published.
When the system detects a problem, a review may be automatically rejected, sent to the reviewer for validation, or manually reviewed by our team of content specialists, who work 24/7 to maintain the quality of the reviews on our site.
Our team checks each review posted on the site disputed by our community as not meeting our community guidelines.

The best pizza I ever ate is so tasty, and when I see it, I can't wait to eat it. The place is so beautiful; it's like a paradise. I don't understand all the people who wrote the bad reviews. This place is just beautiful;...the pizza is the best, the price is perfect, and everything else is amazing, so it's a 5-star dinner AMAZINGMore

Pizzas were tasty, not very filling but good ingredients. Not the traditional Italian dough. We waited 2 hours for our food because they forgot our order, we reminded them multiple times. They insisted that it was because of them being busy but we saw many...tables who came after us eat before us. When we asked them to make it right and take some money off the bill, they refused and accused us of lying. Would not recommend based on the poor service.More

I enjoyed the thin pizza and fresh ingredients. The pizza base was not the authentic Italian one I am used to. However, I am sure it is the best in town. The mango smoothie was very nice, too. The tiramisu was authentic as they used...mascarpone and not cream.More

After hearing great things about this place I was slightly disappointed. The venue itself is a little way away but is really beautiful. We ordered a garlic pizza (which was full of chilli’s but wasn’t described) and the salami pizza. We knew the pizza would...be thin and crispy but this was the thinnest pizza I have ever eaten. We had to ask for cutlery and plates after having our food served to us. If you want a super thin and crispy pizza then this is the place to go, but unfortunately I was slightly disappointed after being so excited to visit.More

If you need a break from local food and crave some high quality pizza and Italian dishes in an unlikely neighbourhood in Luang Prabang then this is the place. Tucked down a quiet residential street, Secret Pizza provides delicious thin crust pizzas and home made...profiteroles and tiramisu in a restaurant that appears to have been originally built in someone’s back garden. Opening only on Tuesdays and Fridays, it was packed on the night we went and provided another twist to the idiosyncratic experience of visiting Luang Prabang.More

After all the hype I heard about this place I left a little disappointed. Very thin base, lacked in flavour in my opinion. Was still hungry after a whole pizza.

Our second visit to this pizza spot and had a great pizza again. Nice outdoor eating area and the pizza was great and the beer cold. Also, the pizza is large and just enough for two people. Don't pass this establishment up.

Great location. I had to walk up a long dirt road through these large beautiful homes and finally found this great little cozy restaurant at the end of the road. The pizza was great. I had a four cheese. Definitely top of the line. The...wine was also very reasonable. I love this place. How cool to find a place like this that's only open two nights a week.More

Lots of staff serving tasty wood fire pizza from 2 brick ovens. Red wine is plentiful and drinkable; not too expensive. Mix of locals and travellers. Hard to get transport home if you don't have your own .
