I was with my family for Ramadan eftar . The food was served 40 minutes before eftar time which made it too cold to eat and the drinks were also not cold enough. The staff is rude and the food quality is not very good.

Despite the roomy space, the suitable air-condition, the good interior design and the sturdy sitting chairs/ tables, the food and all that concerns it, is always our prime target for the critique of a place. I found the Spaghetti as if it was in the fridge from two days and not freshly prepared although warmed a little on presentation with shrimps good enough (although they call it with seafood) and the salad bar where you can pick your combination of additions full of many types. But, I sensed that it was not a totally satisfying experience for me. The waiters are half-hearted, grim and make the guest feels as if he is an intruder. The place where you can you wash your hands is so tiny, without a hot air dryer and guarded by a greedy stout boy who will provide you with a paper towel as if he is your superior at work. Despite the rapid service in comparison to other places, you can feel the haste in everything, the preparation of the dish, and the mask face of the waiter, all in all you feel uncomfortable and unwelcome. I made the mistake of asking for salads from the salad bar to be added on the request, and the snob waiter just pointed with a finger and mumbled two words, that I have to do it myself. They charged me an additional twenty pounds which I denounced verbally to the waiter collecting my voucher, as being unacceptable for three tomato halves, half a cucumber in slices and two spoons of 'roasted eggplant mash', and as usual I got the 'parrot' answer:" it is the policy of the restaurant". To which I replied: "it is not your fault". No body there, says hello, how can I serve you or we are pleased to have you here, or do you have any remarks or do you need anything else or says Hi, or utter a thank you with a smile when he knows after all, that you have been polite and grateful to grant him a good tip. I don't know if this is the case of this branch only (Pizza Queen of Green Plaza), because the restaurant has many branches in Alexandria, and expanding slowly in Cairo and Giza.

This restaurant didn't impress me at all. Everything is mediocre. We ordered Supersupreme and chicken fajita pizza and salad.
The pizza toppings were not evenly put on the top (you surprisingly find the salami or chicken pieces) . The pizza dough is not bad and not good. "Didn't got impressive about it". The salad was below average (I can make better ones at home or buy it from any other restaurant at lower price).
We was OK about the restaurant. The waiters were helpful and we didn't wait too much for the pizza to come.
But the value of money paid vs. the value is not satisfying. Average food from traditional restaurant. Nothing impressive.

I know, pizza in Egypt? But this place was packed with families and teens and was great for the people watching. The staff was friendly and helpful, despite our limited language.

we r three italian men
and we r long stay guest in hilton an yesterday is the second time we visit ur restaurant
really ur restaurant goes up and we surprise when we find the assistant manager talking with us by our great italian language also the staff becomes mo helpful even the atmosphere of the restaurant except the music
