Fresh catch everyday!

I have seen people come from afar to this restaurant - you get to pick the freshest fish of our choice and make sure you head early enough to grab the tables overlooking the corniche. Staff is very friendly. Hygiene very well maintained, everyone was wearing masks and standards well maintained. Best would be to hop on a horse carriage ride to Kadoura (everyone knows it by name) and enjoy the views!

Excellent Seafood!

Absolutely delicious seafood and accompaniments! First off, you pick the fresh seafood of your choice from the display. Then you are given an order number and proceed upstairs to be seated. Staff very friendly. We will be back!

I would highly recommend the sea food here - we had the grilled sea bass and king prawns - the staff were very attentive and obliging to our needs. Would definitely go back.

Select your own fish...tasty

This restaurant was referred to us by our tour guide. The restaurant is not far from the Sheraton Montaza Hotel. The decor is a little dated! When you walk into the restaurant, you then can select your own fish, prawns, octopuses plus much more! The staff were so friendly and helpful! Then you walk upstairs to be seated! The restaurant is clean, good service but a little slow. The food was delicious.

A GOOD RESTAURAN

I and my wife had dinner in this restaurant while we were staying at Al Montaza Sheraton Hotel. It is a good restaurant and the food is nice. However, the service is slow. In the end, we were satisfied with what we ate.

Terrible experience

Place is clean, staff greets you warmly however, i had to wait for 45 mins to get my order, salad selection was very poor, first gandofli was completely rotten that we had to spit out most if it and after reporting to the manager he said you shouldve told us earlier so we can replace it or return it and i was shocked to still see it in the check! Secondly comes the butterfly shrimp, it was the most random cooked plate ive ever seen as if it was the first time fir the chef to cook it! It was merely shrimp thrown on the grill and sprinkled with a tastless sauce (supposedly the butterfly butter n herbs sauce). After scolding the waiter and the plate was returned. The worst experience of seafood in Egypt

Hear lot about this place, but was disappointed with the ambience (stinking of fish), service (waiter didn't like the tips offered!) bill in Arabic & was not tallying with the menu card!

Very Good Seafood

We needed a bigger table for all the food that we got. It was delicious. If you love fresh seafood then this place is a must when in Alexandria.

It is kadoura the great name in sea food industry in Alexandria I had been there before from 4 years ago and it was delicious This time i made 2 visits in 2 weeks and it is below standard Just good restaurant but his kitchen not as good as his place as A1 classification I visited montazah branch and realy the seafood soap was bad in tast, fair in amount and not fresh products. I ordered a mullet fish in oven way and squid tagen with fried shrimps with seafood starter The salads was fair enough and yummy, the place was good, clean and beautiful view The mullet fish not fresh as they said and it is jut 5 from 10 The tagen had fishy smell and it needs improvement The shrimps was delicious and yummy Very good service except the way of dealing with each other in high volumes and the very bad attitude of taking money from you from workers in the bathroom in such avery rude manner I had excepted higher level than this according to it's reputation but over all it is good restaurant i Thanks

Tired restaurant with very good seafood

This is one of the good places to eat seafood, do not expect anything fancy, the place is not. On the contrary; it is very tired and old decoration, poorly maintained and showing the scars of time - definitely saw better days- however, the seafood is excellent and the service was prompt

We tried this restauarant while it was recommended as the best in town fish restaurant. We tried a grilled fish which we could select ourselves at the entry. The choice was plenty, also lobster and squids, octopus : everything you select is weighed and you know what the bill will be and the total weight of your fish and seafood platter. Not to be able to drink a glas of good wine with it is 'a sinn'!! But no alcohol served in this restaurant, so be it. The taste of the grilled fish was ok but the spices used were different from our usual taste (the spanish or portuguese use more garlic and seesalt).

Amazing place

Food was really delicious and prices are significantly reasonable. All you need is to select the fish you want then how to be cooked for you once done you can go to your table and wait, while waiting you can also order rice and or seafood soup very tasty. I really recommend this place

Not as expected

The restaurant is very basic , ordinary location , few fish varieties and very limited cooking options ; either fried or grilled with very bad quality. Also the prize is relatively high as compared to restaurants with much better quality like Zafeer or Balba

Thats there punch line, and they stand true to it. No menu, select your fish from the cold plate, tell them how you want it- fried or grilled, select your sides and wait fpr your fresh amd perfectly cooked fish. Must visit!
