Saber will remain one of the most authentic dessert experiences in Alexandrina... Their specialty is a rich rice pudding that fills your taste buds with joy. You can enjoy it while sitting inside or grabbing it with nice condiments of nuts, ice cream, cream etc. and savour it while having a nice walk on the Mediterranean Sea corniche.

Order the "Mistka" (vanilla, mistka, Arabic milk ice cream) with crushed nuts. It is among the best tasting in the world, IMHO.
If u drive there u are served in your car. The area surrounding the place is shabby but the place is clean.

Best Rice pudding (Rice milk) for more than 30 years, same quality and same taste, I love it, Most of the branches don't have a place for sitting in, so you order and eat inside your car or while standing, anyways it takes 2-3 minutes to finish it but with joy.
Their main Branch is in Ibrahimeya.
Also they have branch in Cairo, Egypt.

Saber is famous of his rice budding "roz belaban". He serves the best one in Egypt, especially when you add Ice cream and nuts. It's always better if you try the main branch in Ibrahimia, Alexandria.

The best place to eat ice cream in Alexandria. it offers also many kinds of sweets served with ice cream, mist famous is cookwd sweety rice with milk and ice cream. prices are reasonable and taste very delicious.
