Top notch service!

Amazing place! The personnel takes great care of the customers and you can always tweak your order to your liking. I have visited Alexandria several times over the last year and this is still my go to spot! Special thanks to Youssef for the good care. Tip: If you are a fan of cocktails, you should definitely try the Autumn. You won’t regret!

Relaxing in style

We visited the Cigar Bar at the Hilton in Alexandria on the 29th of January 2022 and what a nice place! Happy hour was for sure happy. We had a beautiful view sitting in a relaxed setting. The bar is beautifully furnished and everything (furniture included) is of a high quality. It is spacious and a very relaxed atmosphere with good music. Free snacks are served with beverages and the friendly and competent bar staff, Samer and Youssif made this experience worthwhile. The beer and food prices are reasonable. The food was good value for money. I recommend this place for drinks with a beautiful view, great atmosphere and friendly service.

An outstanding team and in an outstanding place

Amazing in every way. Just arrived in Alexandria and my goodness, what a treat. The place is amazing. It’s spotless and the views are out of this world. No where before have I had a meal while looking over the bed and in such a very elegant atmosphere. The team there are extremely professional. They are outstanding in their customer care skills and went above and beyond to make us feel welcome. They were looking after us extremely well and made us feel very special and very welcome. We cannot thank them enough for their professionalism, hospitality, care and kindness. As for the food, it was beyond excellent. Fresh, tasty and just perfectly presented. Our meal was such a pleasure and the attention to flavours was that of a Michelin star restaurant. Thank you very much for a very memorable experience

Overtly expensive but only saving grace is the staff.

This was rated #1 on trip advisor with an award and below us in the Hilton hotel. We came here because the Greek restaurant was closed, my advice is to only go to the Greek restaurant. We went along they had live music playing but we were sat directly in front of the speaker so couldn’t have any conversation at all. The service was attentive and perfect with no faults here what’s so ever and i fact the only reason it’s not a 1 star review. We had pasta here and all three thought it was bland very little flavour and overcooked pasta. We had x2 drinks each and our bill was around £140, I wouldn’t have even paid that in the Ivy in London. All in all great service but not worth the money at all.

What a beautifully decorated place, the snacks and the calamari was absolutely delicious and they are BYOB (bring your own beer/bottle) We were able to bring our own bottle and they accommodated with bringing us mixers and ice. They had a live dj, male and female singers and a belly dancer around 1 am. The service was great and the views was even better!

A MUST TRY RESTAURANT IN ALEXANDERIA

I am a regular customer for this restaurant. This place is great! Atmosphere is chill and cool and the staff (Yousef & Saner) are also really friendly. They know what they’re doing and what they’re talking about, and you can tell making the customers happy is their main priority. Food is pretty good, and for their prices it’s 100% worth it. It is a must try when you are in Alexandria!

Yusuf and his staff are wonderful host.they consistently ask if they can do anything for you. They even got the chef to make my lamb chops (yummy) the way I liked it. Highly recommend this location. Picture below of Yusuf.

In Alexandria during Ramadan period we found this bar by chance as the sister place of Santorini restaurant. You can order the very tasty food from Santorini and drink very elegant Egyptian wine. Very affordable with great service. Go there if you are in Alexandria!

Best Bar in Alexandria!

Stayed at the Hilton as part of an Egypt tour trip and met Jou, the awesome bartender at Cigar Bar. We made it in time for Happy Hour and it was buy one bottle of sparkling wine (per our request) get one free! We hadn’t eaten dinner so Jou brought us extra snacks. It was during the World Cup so we were able to watch the games as well. Great bar for a chill drink and excellent service, highly recommend!

Outstanding drinks from the one and only Jou! We travel the world and definitely picky about our cocktails. You will not be disappointed. Jou makes a great craft cocktail! The food inside The Cigar bar was top notch! The chef Moataz went out of his way to make special sauces for our appetizers and entrees, everything tasted fresh & authentic.

Loved it!

With a great view of the Mediterranean, attentive staff and live music, you can't go wrong by spending a little time here. Cozy chairs let you settle in an get comfortable. The amazing staff kept our glasses full and were more than willing to answer our questions about the local area and Egypt itself. I hope to visit again during our brief stay in Alexandria!

Absolutely brilliant bar. Staff are so friendly and kind, Samer and Jo were our waiters and were absolutely amazing from start to finish. Food was delicious, massive portions and the happy hour deal of buy one, get one free was very good quality considering one drink alone is very strong! Also got to watch the tide coming and going through the large window we were seated at. All round, wonderful! Definitely recommend!

Amazing spot in Alexandria, Egypt.

One of the best places in Alexandria to relax after a busy day. Lcated in the Hilton Corniche Hotel, it has live music almost every evening, a wide choice of drinks, good coctails, and what is the most important, friendly and accomodating staff. Special.thanks go to the best barman in Egypt so far, who is always very helpful and super professional, Samer Samier. You will never want to leave this place with a relaxing and , at the same time, cheerful atmosphere. 5 out of 5 stars!

We would like to thank the Hilton Alexandria Sidi Bishr area for their astounding hospitality and their amazing service that they have showered us with which happened to commence in Akexandria, the city I was born in. . My family and I were surrounded with profound welcome features and unprecedented signs of generosity that made is feel home once again. I love this vith and what made me in this place specifically the gigar bar stand that even more fall in love with is the friendliness of the staff specifically. .the cigar bar staff Mr. Haitham Zaafarani, Mr. Yousef Rafik and Mr. Ahmed Mostafa for welcoming us so profoundly and how they made us feel homey. Relax at the Corniche.

A place that let‘s you relax after an exciting day. Very attentive barkeeper and a tastefully designed cigar lounge that creates the right atmosphere to conclude the day with nice snacks or even full meals if the need arises. The selection of local and international refreshments is able to fulfill nearly all wishes for the night cap. It was nice to find such a relaxing spot in the buzzing surroundings of the Corniche.
