The shop is tiny and mainly for takeaway orders. I highly recommend them. The quality of the sandwiches are above average and prices are cheap. They are my goto shop for Foul, Falafel and Batates sandwiches. I am a regular customer there.

My husband and I have been to Gad restaurants in Hurghada, Cairo, and Alexandria....always have great food. Never disappointed. Staff are always friendly and helpful, price is always right.

Quite good food and a pleasant location overlooking the Mediterranean and the Stanley Bridge. I really liked the fish filet plate. Reasonable prices and good service, too.

While I am waiting for my order, the person preparing my order, without a glove, cleaned the counter using dirty sponge. With the same unwashed hands, he resumed holding the bread to prepare the sandwich, one papper fell down on the ground, he bent down and grabbed it placing it back on the counter, and continued.
No care whatsoever for safety of the customers. Zero level in cleanliness.

I was walking by this restaurant doing some jobs decided to have a fast meal that will make me survive til lunch with the family, I ordered falafel sandwiches my comments are as follows, there is no Que to pay you have to struggle to reach the cashier, change is a problem, falafel is cold, not crunchy, oil is over used

Food quality and quantity is very good at such price. The restaurant is very cheap. Even vegetarians can enjoy their Falafel sandwich. Sometimes the Falafel sandwich is not warm enough since they keep it ready

Tasty egyptian food and a huge variety of dishes. They only have menu in Arabic and only a few waiters speak English. Still, there's good food for low prices, so the place is strongly reccomended if you want to taste Egyptian food without spending too much.

I entered the restaurant in Mahmoud Azmy st. at 2:00 pm. It was not crowded and 3 waiters were just standing in front of the TV watching a football game. I sat there for 15 minutes and no one even gave me a menu. So I left without ordering anything and I'm not going back again.

I ordered from the one infront of beer massoud in Alexandria Miami, food was very bad and very cold thought we asked the guy who took the order 3 times to make sure its hot or at least warm, i called them back and told them that its really cold and their response was that its winter time though im 5 mns far from the restaurant and they acted like it's normal to get the food that cold! I don't recommend this place to anyone, food is bad and service is the worst.

Gad has a wide menu and great food! I especially like the foul, falafel and eggplant sandwiches (they are individual) also their swarma sandwich is excellent.

Wide variety of choices which you won''t find any where else. Take away menu is fine but can not be compared to dine in menu. The food is amazing but the restaurant itself is noisy.
