Came for early meal before the theatre. Food was very good, unfortunaty the waiters never looked at you so you could never catch their attention unless you shouted.
If service improved they would get 5*

First and last time. The appearance of the restaurant is good but the food didn’t satisfy my expectations . I would never recommend it to anyone :/

I was served cold mozzarella sticks and the worst steak that I've ever had in my life. The meat cut was full of tissues and was tough that I couldn't eat more than 3 small pieces of it and I cut the rest of it to small pieces and took it with me and fed it to the cats in the street. All they said to me is that they are sorry. What a joke. I don't recommend that place to anyone and will never go there again.

I have mixed feelings about this place. My friend recommended so a few of the girls went for lunch. They made an error on my starter and gave me a dish that was more expensive, no discount or correction offered. The main was very good; shrimp in hand made cannelloni. We sat inside as very hot day but the sun pounds through the glass walls and we fried. They need to tint or have blinds on the glass.
The service was inconsistent although staff friendly.
Worth a try.

We visited Tivoli Dome branch and it was a good one. We enjoyed our night.

I really liked their mushroom soup, but not all the menu items were available. I believe it’s better to visit this place by early evening since it gets so busy late evening

Visited this place last evening , there was no attention from staff and suddenly a loud noise was filling the place and scaring my kids.
Despite this waited and read the menu which looked impressive but no attention from the waiters seems they were busy in something else.
Had to leave the place and no body even noticed that we are leaving .
We went to Pastaweesy on the opposite side of the street where we got the attention and were served properly.
I don't recommend this place, I am sure u will wait too long for your offer to arrive if you decided to be patient and wait.

May I could say just it is perfect . we choice this restaurant by a chance but its look like we’re lucky ,clean place ,tasty food,friendly staff,and nice customer with wonderful atmosphere .Thursday party sharing the songs through the guest was a lovely time for us ,,,,it’s recommend for couple or group 😍😍

I had low expectations for this restaurant but it went beyond that. It has delicious dishes and friendly staff. The only thing that bothered me was how long they took to make the food. I would definitely recommend this place, very nice.

Walked in at random and was very surprised. We ordered the appetizer platter and it was fantastic. Maybe the best fries I've had in Egypt. The staff was super friendly.
The desserts that the other tables were getting looked amazing, but we didn't get around to trying those.
Would go back here. Enjoy.

Pros:
- Nice location choice.
- Lovely decoration.
- Service is average.
Cons:
- My Fried Chicken dish was served raw.(*)
- Food not fresh.
- Not clean. (Forks and spoons were dirty, plates of leftovers in the passage).
- Pricey. Food, taste and service don't deserve that price.
- Some of the staff in a uniform others in casual.
(*) Returning the dish to the staff, they apologized and offered another one but I refused. Later, they served a Chocolate Cake for free.
No, I would not recommend it to a friend.

We went there one week ago. First time to visit the place. Varied menu with so many types of dishes. We were hesitating to order for some steaks but our big surprise started with three different pates of salads that were very tasty and perfect.
The tenderloin pepper steak was really very tasty and a true tenderloin generous portion perfectly cooked. The pizza was as good as the steak. It's a restaurant that worth a visit.
