Spent there the night for dinner with the two of us. The lady that served us was helpful but made a couple of mistakes by forgetting what we asked for. We also had to wait for the service very long. This was understandable because she...was on her one and the man who we think that the boss was, was doing nothing while we and other costumers where still waiting for service. Also the Bill wasn't correct! Food was okay.More

I'm really shocked to read some of these reviews as the meals we had here were so delicious and authentic. Our server was so friendly too, also loved the vibe here. But come on, why does everyone complain about things like wait times, my partner...and I are eating in so many different restaurants in Split and the wait times are always a little longer when a place is full, or the food is fresh! Take in the experience, enjoy your evening, have a chat! I can't believe the negativity. Eating out in Split is such an experience in itself. Loved this place and would recommend to everyone.More

If there would be an option not to give 1 point/star, I would have gladly do it, It should have been a great night with friends but it was disaster. Nothing was working and service was beyond terrible. The same was the experience with the...customers at other tables since the people were getting up and leaving. The young waiter was really trying to do the job, but it was too many table and he was alone and really experienced , he was well aware of the issues and kept apologizing but couldn’t attend all tables alone so everyone was waiting far longer than normal. They didn’t have probably the third of the things on the menu but we managed to order something. They had only two bottles of red wine left and different ones, and we should have said there and then “thanks” and leave. Instead we stayed for forty minutes more, witnessing that almost nothing was getting out of the kitchen and the few things that arrived to the other tables were either wrong or not good - we couldn’t help not noticing because people were openly complaining. It was obvious that something very wrong with the kitchen. At certain time another waitress finally appeared but the service remained bad. When they tried to serve us Ballantine’s instead of Jack Daniels (because they didn’t even have Jamison which we initially tried to order) without a real apology, we finally had it and left. And I was happy to be able to signal some other people waiting for the table to abandon the idea of trying this place thus saving them from this unbelievable bad experience.More

We had the grilled octopus on recommendation of the lovely waitress, chose grilled vegetables as a side and accompanied it with white wine. It tasted amazing but the portions were decidedly a little too small for us!

Everybody is very gentle, but the service is not good at all. Long waiting, much things from the menu were not available, even some drinks…. Food is just okay. At the end of the evening, we had to tell the waitress what our consumptions were....Two tables left without paying, because it was much too long waiting to pay the bill.More

Looks a nice simple pretty restaurant. But the service was awful - very slow, incorrectly took our order. We complained, we were assured all was sorted and no food arrived. We eventually walked out.

The restaurant was 30% full, it was a Tuesday, around 9:30PM. We’ve been waiting for 30 minutes and no one took our order. One waiter was tchating, the other one was just chilling and smoking. We left.

One of the bad experiences we had, appart from the waiter, she was alone and was trying to make everything work properly, the manager or owner was sitting around drinking beer, doing PR. The portions were funny enough, with no side dishes and very expensive...prices. We could listen in the kitchen people shouting and fighting. The best part of it was, when we left.More

We bumped into this place quite randomly as it was Friday night everywhere else was full. The place looked nice and other reviews looked promising. However, the place was dramatically understaffed, with only one poor waitress having to run around to serve everyone. The menu...was a bit deceiving, as me and my boyfriend both wanted things that were not available and were somewhat forced to make different choices. Possibilities were therefore very limited. We had to wait for an hour for our food to arrive, and portions were quite scarse. The grilled calamari was tasty anyways, but the pasta with seafood was over cooked and it looked like it wasn’t mixed properly with the sauce. It isn’t very clear how the kitchen works, but by peaking inside it didn’t look like a proper cuisine. Prices on the other hand were quite fair: we spent 35€ for two plates with fish, half a bottle of wine, a coke and water in two people. Overall a disappointing experience considering the praises of the reviews I’ve seen. It was a pity as the location was very cute and the waitress considering everything was kind.More
