We were here to celebrate my husband’s birthday while visiting Chile. This place piqued my interest and it exceeded our expectations on all fronts, customer service, ambience and decor and tasty rich food.
We requested an outdoor seating and even though it was a busy night, they made an effort to clear a table for us quickly.
We ordered Moroccan lamb and chicken dishes along with a couple of Thai dishes. The chicken dish in clay pot was still bubbling for a good 5 minutes after it was served. We savored every bit.
They also served a nice birthday cake as a surprise. If you love food and ambience, this is the place to visit

The dinner here was possibly the best I have ever had. Flavors are as rich as in India, meat quality as in Switzerland, table waiting as in the US. The lamb is cooked to perfection, the garnish is the tastiest I have ever eaten.
The menu's QR code is engraved on a shiny plate and cannot be read by most of the mobile phones. That is funny, but I must say, as long as they put their effort into their foods, this restaurant would stay one of the best in the world.

Food is very tasty, well prepared and the flavours very different and good than what I am used to eat. Mandatory stop.
Staff is very kind as well, we were attended by Jefferson who gave us an impecable service, very helpful and professional.

Generally speaking, there are two types of international cuisine in South America. One type is from the source as I like to say - - an expat moves the family to the local economy (insert country name here) and opens an authentic restaurant much like what you may find in the mother country. The second type is that which is the local person’s idea of what (fill-in country of origin cuisine here) should taste like. This second type is much, much more common, and unfortunately almost always not very good.
Zanzibar is the second type. Great atmosphere. Okay service. Mediocre food. Disappointing for sure!
More specifically, I ordered a rice noodle curry dish with shrimp. The flavor was bland. I was told “it is very, very spicy sir!” And it was not the least bit spicy at all. In fact, with the rubbery shrimp and flavorless curry, I’d say it was one of the worst curry dishes I have ever had.
On the other hand, the Messe Plate (hummus, babaganoush, falafel, …) was quite good.
Overall, disappointing and in a city of 6.8 million there are too many descent restaurants to waste your time with flash sans substance.

Cozy environment with nice background music (easy to chat). Food is a mix of Moroccan, Thai and Vietnamese, very tasteful. Service is very nice, special thx to Jefferson that served us. Truly recommend.

It was a really good experience and the food was absolutely delicious. We ordered the chai crème brûlée and the ‘pastilla marroquí’ for dessert and totally recommend them. Jefferson attended us and was very helpful and attentive. We’ll be back soon!

Pésimo lugar para visitar con amigos.
Fuimos un grupo aproximado de 8 personas, nos sentamos en la terraza y nos pidieron bajar la voz, en una mesa larga con música fuerte? Por favor indiquen en la entrada que se requiere lenguaje de señas.
Bancas en terraza son muy pequeñas e incómodas para sentarse y comer. Venden hookah pero están en mal estado, no funcionan bien.
Hicimos reclamos correspondientes, sobre todo por el mal servicio al administrador, quien por lo demás no hizo nada.
Terrible place to visit with friends. We were a group of approximately 8 people, we sat on the terrace and were asked to lower our voices, at a long table with loud music? Please indicate at the entrance that sign language is required. The benches on the terrace are very small and uncomfortable to sit and eat. They sell hookah but they are in bad condition, they don't work well. We made the corresponding complaints, especially about the poor service to the manager, who did nothing about it.

Great place for lunch or dinner. Fusion cuisine is mostly Moroccan and South-East Asian inspired, and spot on. What makes the place really shine, though, are the wonderful cocktails. Service is swift and friendly - Jorge made our day!

My husband booked Zanzibar based on reports of spectacular Mountain View’s and we organised an Uber to get there from central Santiago.
On arrival we were shown to our table which orientated really strangely and not making the most of the view so we set about re-arranging the chairs. We were placed near a huge fan which was unbearable- it wasn’t so hot that it was required and it was like sitting in a wind tunnel. We mentioned this to the waiter and he just made a ‘like it or limp it face’
When we requested menus, he just told us to use the QR code on the table but we wanted to peruse the menu at leisure and not be scrolling on our phones.
We didn’t even bother to stay for a drink as the whole ambiance was not what we expected. We left immediately and went downstairs to La Tabla where the service and food were exemplary.

We had a wonderful dinner with Guillermo as our server. We’re Americans in Chile on Holiday and he spoke great English as an added bonus. The menu has a LOT of vegetarian and vegan options but also tons of meat options - so this was a perfect place for me and my boyfriend. I ordered the wok vegetarian which had yellow curry in it. The flavors were delicious. We got a chickpea hummus appetizer and it was very good as well. My boyfriend ordered the Teppanyaki Angus. I would definitely recommend this restaurant and would love to come back here! Also, this is a very nice area in general with tons of bars and restaurants nearby and great views of the mountains.

We didn’t stay too long as the service and response to our requests for menu support and to have a large nearby air fan turned off were scoffed at. For a restaurant promoting itself as having the best views in Santiago we were amazed to find our table/seats oriented with us facing the inner walls of the restaurant. We took our hard earned money elsewhere where the service was delightful. This place is overhyped and not cheap.

Visited this restaurant thanks to other great reviews on this site and we were so happy - it really is a brilliant restaurant in Santiago.
Food is superb, try to come hungry! We had the hummus, tuna tartare, Szechuan shrimp and lamb tagine.
The venue is great with lots of indoor and outdoor seating.
Jorge looked after us really well - he’s great and so welcoming.
Highly recommend - you won’t be disappointed.

We’ve been here twice now (both times to celebrate an anniversary). The food is amazing. There’s many vegetarian options and everything is very tasteful. It’s a place within Santiago where you can experience flavours from different parts of the world. I would definitely recommend to go here and try the food and cocktails.

Pleasant but average food, nothing wrong but nothing outstanding. Tasty Phad Thai, Lamb Kebabs average. Service pleasant but nothing exceptional. Would I return? Probably not, but not because the food was bad, it just wasn't exciting at all.

We were a table of 9 people; the service was fast and not bad at all. The menu has lots of options. The cocktels were good too. The price quality balance is not that grate thou. It is just ok at the end of th day for the price.
