Eating at La Fabbrica was a truly memorable time. Jazz band in the background, not too loud where we were sitting, impeccable and fast service, a napolitan-style pizza that overwhelmed my taste buds with goodness... I can go on. The salads were excellent and large sized but at a reasonable price. Everything was at a reasonable price.

We decided to visit this place as a treat during our 3 week long trip in Argentina and Chile. The ravioli were delicious - forgot the name but is an absolute must try (see attached pic), pizza was also very good, and desserts were huge. Staff do not interact so much but got the job done....

Sunday afternoon we decided to have Italian food for our family of four, so we decided to visit this place after searching for “best Italian restaurants in Santiago”. It is located in a beautiful old style house, with super tall walls and a very interesting “retro” atmosphere. Jazz bands also play “live” several times a week, as the place it is also known as a jazz club. We arrived around 5:45 PM and as soon as we walked in, a waitress told us we were not able to sit inside as it was all booked for the Jazz show, so first she suggested a terrace that wasn’t suitable for us as it was a “smokers” area. Then she took us to another terrace that was not very inviting as it was absolutely noisy, located next to a busy avenue, and the walls looked worn-out. So we decided to approach another waitress and she said that we could eat inside but by 7:00 PM it was required to pay the cover for the Jazz concert (around USD$6 per person). Food didn’t take much, the pizza was 5 stars, excellent gnocchi and ravioli. The pizza is definitely the star of the menu, so yes we missed more pasta choices. The fourth meal was a salad, as we requested a special preparation due to allergies. Unfortunately it was impossible to have just lettuce, as waitress said the pre-made mixed green was the only alternative, and so the salad didn’t look secure regarding it the risk of an allergic reaction. They didn’t offer any alternative (as a matter of fact, waitress looked a bit upset), and the chef never came out to offer a solution, so we ask them to remove it from the bill. Beautiful place, for pizza or jazz lovers. with an unfriendly service.

This place is such a good one for having a good time, not only good food but nice jazz music in live! Christopher was such an amazing waiter, always pending on us! I do recommend this place to spend a chill time!

Excellent *italian-style* pizza, without a doubt the best in Santiago and worth going there if you are a pizza addict.
The tomato sauce is homemade and has succulent taste, the thin crust is genuinely Sicilian and the various toppings very generous.

Excellent place, great music, food and attention. Great looking interiors. It's located inside the mallplaza, but it doesn't feel like it. Ate the morzilla pizza and crudo, both outstanding!

This is a wonderful place. Very cozy. Nice jazz music. Pizza is great. Staff is really nice. Definitely I recommend. We were served really well by Juan Jose Garzon. He is a gentle and polite guy. Beautiful restaurant..

We went on a Thursday for dinner and a live music show (Blues):
Ambiente: Awesome. Great musicians. Not too crowded
Price: The show is cheap, considering the great music. The restaurant is medium priced
Quality: The food is good
Price/quality relation: Good
Service: Nice service. Friendly personnel (Juan José did a good job in serving us)
Cleanliness: Pretty clean, nothing to say
Location: A bit further away from main areas Las Condes & Providencia ,but its totally worth the ride

Not that great. Location: welll, it is located inside a Mall so not so good. Food: pizza was nice (Some of the veggies were over cooked or raw but nothing that terrible) but the pasta not a fine dish at all; we had the most expensive dish (tripasta) expecting flavour and a good size portion and the sorrentinos lacked flavour and sauce, the lasagna tasted very strong to mince meat and the size was tiny like appeticers!. The service was just ok, they couldnt care much really and they didnt put parmesano cheese in the table that it is a common practice and a basic to have in an italian sort of restaurant.

We went for late lunch. Our uber driver recommended we try the place. I must say pizzas were very very good, as was the service (our waiter Juan Jose was super nice and attentive) and the drinks. Highly recommend the mango mojitos!

Just landed in Santiago a couple of weeks ago, I was in a mood for a good pizza as the one we can find in Europe. Saw the review and decided to head up to La fabbrica, gound levevl of gigantic mall,. I was not dissapointed at all : good pizza and good suggestion .Wanted to have the popular Spritz and went after recommendations for a Ramazotti spritz : fantastic. Service was super nice , Romero? . On top of that metro station close by to come back to Santiago centro via Tobalaba.
