Cosy place on Vitacura, offering a nice selection of breads, croissants, cakes and pies.
Beyond the classic breakfast, they also do omelets, salads etc
Service was pleasant and fast, at a decent pricing.
The coffee was unfortunately average, a bit bitter; hopefully the orange juice was great!

We lived in Santiago for almost 8 years, and Metissage was was a regular stop for us. Although the food sometimes took a little while to arrive, it was brilliant- especially the pastries. I loved the baguette with smashed avocado and eggs. Definitely recommend!

Was here last year and that was great. Today all changed! Sit for 10 minutes just looking the servants going around before our coffees arrived! Forget about Simple crloissant and cake that only need to get from that glass cupboard !! The carrot cake arrived after coffee half finished, COLD! Why can't just served the cake first, and SIMPLE CROISSANT!! They bring me ham&cheese croissant!! Never ever i said that! 2 servants took note but none listen!!! ABSOLUTE DISSAPPOINTMENT! NOT RECOMMENDED!!

Context .... I’ve been touring different places for Sunday breakfast.
This is very good place, with two options for full breakfast.
I tried the option with scrambled eggs and granola. Very good, and reasonable price ($9990 CLP).
The place has several tables and the have good/agile service.
For parking, overflow goes to the Hotel right beside. Walking distance. Get the ticket for a 90 minutes discount.

Been here for breakfast, asked a Croque Monsieur (10 dollars!) and it arrived warmed in the microwave, so it was like plastic, soggy, and everything but "croque". Worse ever had.

Fantastic brunch during the weekend ! Huevos revueltos is a nice option if you are very hungry ! Benedict’s are fabulous .options are top but waiters are super strict don’t try to change à brioche by a croissant! No flexibility, always super full , no reservations ! They have another location , nice alternative during spring and summer métissage terrasse ( 10 min walking distance )

I do really liked it. The lady at the cash register is actually a french woman who owns the place and I think the fact that she is there all the time makes a difference.
Service is nice and efficient and food is really well prepared. The best part is that even though it is located in Vitacura, prices are quite low and certainly lower than some similar places near it.

Nice place, great for breakfast, although don’t open very early.
But the service, just horrible. Waiters don’t salute, and you have to beg for attention.
Please hire some people from Venezuela... it would improve a lot your service.

Look no further if you are looking for true/authentic Boulangerie in South America. The attention to detail and refined bread making is evident in this spot. The products are of great quality and served in perfect sizes. A must go for visitors or residents wanting to enjoy a flavorful brunch. My kids love it!

Food was good but the service was TERRIBLE. For a nice restaurant, the service should be much better than it is. First, when we walked in nobody greeted us for several minutes. We had to approach a waiter and ask for a table. Then, once seated, a female server came to the table asking “quieren algo?” We responded that yes, we wanted to order and she just turned and walked away. A minute later a different server came to the table and took our order, but didn’t ask two members of our group how they wanted their eggs, nor which agregados they wanted. Then, some of our food was served before we got our juices and coffees. The coffee was served cold. Dishes were set on the table without any concern for who had ordered it. For example, my boyfriend ordered coffee with lactose-free milk, but when the coffees were finally served, they were set on the table all together on one end of the table, without any mention of which one was lactose-free. I had ordered my eggs well-done and the server set them down on the opposite end of the table, in front of another person in our group. The food and drinks for the child in our group were served after all the other food/drinks. All the employees seemed miserable or high. And, this isn’t as important as the service, but there was no toilet paper or paper towels in the bathroom. I won’t return. There’s a much better place down the road which has a similar name and almost the same menu, but their service is 100 times better.

Breakfast was excellent! Delicious bread and pastries. We also took a loaf of sourdough home that was also really good. Parking in front of the shop is almost impossible but you can park at the Atton next door.

This was an extraordinary discovery. We were traveling in Santiago for pleasure, and were recommedend the Metissage for breakfast. No kiding, we went three times and every time we had to wait at least 15 minutes. Is so good that is very popular within the locals. Great eggs benedictin and the bread is fantastic, freashly baked. Definitely a place to visit. Just be aware that there is a high probabilty of having to wait.
