With little knowledge of the language both waiting staff and other customers were so great in helping us communicate what we wanted to eat and drink. Really tasty authentic pizzas and delicious local red wine. Great first evening meal out In Santiago.

Very delicious pizza, and D.O.C too! The staff were wonderful and quick, which was just what I wanted after a long day. The Pepperoni E Cipolla pizza was one of the best pizzas I have ever had, so deliciously thin with a wonderful crust, rich tomato, fior di latte, topped with pepperoni and crispy onion! I would come here again and again if I lived in Santiago.

Not seen straightly from Manuel Montt street, after waking a few steps on Granaderos street you find the glass windows and after them a big wooded door. To me that door set the whole mood!
Cozy and with that "hidden" feel, you find this Italian restaurant that serves really good food.
It doesn't have a view, but It's definitely worth the visit.

If you are a local, this is a good place for you. If a tourist, not so much. I was served by a female waitress Evelyn who was terrible. I asked her about Chilean beers and she was impatient and finally told me that's all they had. Ok, I can get Peroni and Stella Artois in the USA. She did not bother to explain to me the different types of Chilean beer they had. And then copped an attitude and ignored me when I waved at her and tried to get her attention for the bill. She did not bother to ask me how was everything while she went abound asking other tables. I had to ask a male server for the bill which he got. In fact, he was nice. The pizza was not bad, but, again, the service is terrible if you are not a local. I would eat somewhere else. Santiago had plenty of places where the wait staff is professional and helpful like Chipe Libre. In sum, do not eat here. Better places in Santiago where they are friendly and professional.

I just read a 2-star review of this place from last July and had a good laugh. Yes, the place is full of locals...isn't that supposed to be a good sign? Even though we were American tourists with poor Spanish skills, I could not have felt more welcome. All the waitstaff were friendly and accomodating and Arturo, our waiter was the absolute best. Besides the restaurant itself they also have a rooftop seating area that is really nice and festive. The pizza is really, really good Napoli style pizza. Both the Nutella and tiramisu desserts are fantastic. Full of locals? You bet. And what a great place to immerse yourself in Santiago.

Very good real pizza like in Italy. The burrata and the truffa pizzas were very good. The service is fast and very kind. Best alternative when you are sick of fries. I will come back for sure.

OMG the pizzas are FABULOUS!! Neapolitan style, spicy (if you prefer) and great service. Ali was our waiter and he really took care of us (even though we don’t speak Spanish)

I was craving a really good pizza and found this place on TripAdvisor. It's exactly what I was looking for. I ordered a simple tomato and burrata pizza and it was perfect. Excellent ingredients and just the right texture and doneness for the crust. It's a big pizza for a single person, but I made it work 🙂.
The staff was great and price was good for the quality.

Good pizza with an upbeat, energetic vibe. Just off the main drag next to artistic sex bar or the sexy art bar (could not be sure from the sidewalk).

Recently had dinner here on a Saturday night. Restaurant is located just off of Manuel Montt. We arrived at around 9:30 without a reservation and the restaurant was nearly full) with locals (couples, groups, families). Cheerful atmosphere and friendly and attentive service. Started with tasty (and potent!) pisco sours with Peruvian pisco. Split a big mixed salad and a caprichosa pizza (fior di latte mozzarella, ham, olives, San Marzano tomatoes, artichoke hearts, mushrooms, and olive oil). The crust was perfect-- chewy and blistered. Highly recommended.
