I am an American chef living in Chile, constantly pursuing the best of the best. Don’t look any future fore a better pisco sour! Absolutely the best, FYI take an uber if you are driving because they are so great you keep asking for more. Thank you Felipe for your vast knowledge of food and service. Love it will recommend.

We planned to visit the Casa las Cujas when we started organising our stay in Santiago and we did not regret!!!
Our tour guide has confirmed as well that this was great choice, she had her tourists mentioning the place only highly regarded.
We were looked after by Phellipe, he communicated excellent English, patiently going with us through the menu and making some recommendations.
We probably well evereaten, but we are not lucky to be able to visit the guys any time soon, so we took full advantage of trying as many things as possible.
The food was simply wonderful, freshly prepared and delicious. We enjoyed the most grilled giant clams with parmigiana, something new and was very tasty.
Wines were great as well, however would appreciate if few more options are added of white wine by glass.
Overall we had a wonderful evening and wish we could visit them again.

Wow. Que lugar! We love seafood and the options here were incredible ! We had the Centolla tartare that was an experience and the seafood sampler with a little of everything on the cold menu. Vicente has amazing suggestion and was able to explain all the food to us in English and Spanish. We recommend the Carmanere, espresso martini, centolla and the Stracciatella dessert.

This restaurant follows the frequent pattern of Chilean restaurants in terms of being pretentious, in this case pretending the informal upscale beach ambiance, for the affluent and rather unsophisticated public. Thus food has ups and downs- or averages. Conger eel skewers were great; machas a la parmesana (parmigiana razor clams) microscopic, locos (abalone) carpaccio insipid and overwhelmed by a sauce. Nikkei rolls were good. The wine list was limited as well as the dessert variety. Service was ok, amiable but amateurish. We had a good time with wonderful friends though; not bad as venue for gathering, but an average gastronomic experience.

Reservations are a must. The restaurant was full on a Tuesday night. The service was very good. The prices are higher than the average in the area. The wine was about 30% more expensive than in other restaurants
For the food we ordered the mixed seafood plate. The raw fish on the top layer was delicious. Fresh and melted in your mouth. The bottom layer was disappointing. The octopus salad had so many capers that you couldn’t taste the octopus, shrimp had some strange tasting salsa on it, clams had too much vinegar and onions.

Nice setting as well nice staff. But the food lacked taste. We had the steamed mussels, tiradito and ceviche. Both tiradito and ceviche lacked taste you expect from this type of food. My husband and i visited Peru few years back and we fell in love with peruvian cuisine, ceviche being one of the foods we have most enjoyed. In Santiago there are many restaurants that have ceviche on the menu, however all have lacked taste. This one fell in the same category - raw fish in a wannabe leche de tigre which missed salt, bit of spiciness as well the specific sourness that adds to the final taste of a ceviche. The maracuya sour though was amazing:)

Really nice place to have some fresh oysters of the day, they also have other style of seafood including other sushi-like plates. Our waiter Ivan was really knowledgeable and made great recommendations. Ambience is pleasant as well. Highly recommend trying Fresh Ostras Chilenas

My team selected what they considered to be an exceptional place for sea food and they were not mistaken. We started with a sampler of raw local sea food which was amazing. Second plates were incredible, highlighting the rices and the congrio. Excellent service.

Amazing place for a serious Chilean coastal experience. The sea at your fingertips. Not only were the sishes incredibly fresh and well prepared, but the service was incredible. The hostess really made us feel special with a warm welcome and prompt seating. Not to be missed for a special occasion!

This was the best restaurant we went to on our 4 day trip to santiago. The food was great, had awesome pisco sours and nice dessert. Service was outstanding which is not always the case in Chile. Would definitely recommend.

We stumbled upon this place as we wanted s light meal. It was simply wonderful. The raw scallops were an absolute highlight. Excellent service, very friendly. Wine by the glass top notch. Highly recommend

We had a lovely meal here tonight. Any (Annie) was very helpful and attentive. We particularly loved the croquetas and arroz con mariscos. Highly recommend to anyone visiting Santiago!

It is an amazing experience. Our server Àquiles and his team attended with knowledgeable, respectful servuce . We really appreciate our experience in Zapallar.
