The title pretty much says it all. The ambiance was great, place was 90% full and the service was spot on and very responsive. The dishes were good but didn't ascend past the lower gourmet level: I thought it was expensive for what it was, otherwise I would've rated it "excellent"

First and foremost, the service was impeccable- attentive without hovering.
The setting is beautiful with both open air and indoor seating. We had a group of 12 and had a wonderful setting and experience.
You have to have the pasta - break your keto for a minute and taste what fantastic handmade pasta is supposed to be.
The table loved all of the items requested - the appetizers of meatballs (yes, you keto folks have a choice), shrimp in ajillo, pasta carbonara, scampi with squid ink fettuccine and raviolis filled with espinaca all were given 5 stars. The portions are ample so take that into consideration.
The steak came with 2 filets and prepared perfectly. The salmon came with a side of spinach to feed multiple.
If you have room for dessert (even if you have to share), they are worth it. The tiramisu was prepared traditionally and well. The caramel pancakes were shared among many and got rave reviews.
All in all, a wonderful place.

Actually I didn't thought I would give 5* to an Italian restaurant, as I thought there is nothing new I could get from it... my mistake.
Very classy place with wonderfully tasting dishes. We were 5 people and only one dosh wasn't spectacular. The 4 other dishes were incredible. The ossobuco (normally not my favorite) was great.
Starters we had seafood - absolutely 5*
Pasta definitely hand made and the fillings were just 5*+.
I had my Pasta filled with lamb and would order it every day, as it was perfectly cooked and matching the sauce .literally something great. Desert were good and drinks as well.
Prices are high, even for this quality.
Lower them and I will come twice a week

We went there late afternoon. We made a reservation, but it was not necessary since it wasn’t a busy time.
Waiters were forgetful and not particularly polite.
Food and drinks were good, desserts could’ve been better.
Waiters brought the main course while we were still eating the entree/appetizer, so the main course got a bit cold.
Over all it was an ok experience, service can improve.

Last Saturday (29/Feb) we went to Piegari to celebrate my wife's birthday, Everything was perfect, the food, service. Even we have a venezuelan's birthday song, nice touch. Thanks to all pegari's staff, specially to Bryan Vallejos, you guys make us spent a really special night.

Booked a table for a family dinner and I was highly impressed from the moment I stepped into the restaurant. The staff were very attentive, proactive, always keeping an eye on you without being intrusive. Service was fast and food was at hight standards (even better quality than a few of pasta dishes I had in Venice). The atmosphere was vibrant and elegant, but not pretentious or intimidating. I would definitely come back.

This is a Chilean branch of a lovely Argentine restaurant. The pasta was great and flavorful. Italian food in South America (particularly in Argentina and parts of Brazil, due to large Italian communities) is great so please don't treat it as something exotic! Far better than many restaurants in the US.

We’ve been living in Santiago for a few months now and we’ve been to almost all restaurants in Nueva Costanera…but we were missing this and i would like to think we left the best at last.
The place is gorgeous, welcoming. The Menu has a lot a variety, lots to choose from for al tastes. I had the Fettuccine al tartufo which was amazing, my husband had the past with tinta de calamar, my mom the cuerda de guitarra Alfredo and my kids the spaghetti bolognese and they were ALL absolutely delicious! We has the lava cake for dessert, amazing as well.
Cherry on top of the cake, the service!!!! For me thats the definition of amazing service, great staff…special mention to Javier who was beyond amazing with my kids!!!

Excellent restaurant. The best service and meal we had while visiting Chile. Wilber was our waiter and he was outstanding. Gave us several recommendations, which were all right on point. The food was so fresh and the wine delicious! We all agreed that if we have the opportunity to visit Santiago again, we must return to Piegari.
